Stopped working on iPad again
I have installed / reinstalled several times to no avail. I downloaded mySMS a couple months ago when my Verizon Message+ stopped working after a switch to a MVNO. Now mySMS has stopped syncing messages from my Android phone. I can’t figure it out. When it works, it’s great. I’m just flummoxed why it suddenly stops working.

Very Unreliable and frustrating. No updates!!
Very unreliable. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. When the phone rings the app gets in your face and you have to hit several clicks to get it out. Notifications stay on even though you have cleared everything. Unfortunately I haven’t found a better one yet but I’m still looking. No update in 3 years!

Doesn’t work….
This used to work perfectly… now it doesn’t. I lost my phone and when I looked at this app on my iPad I couldn’t send any messages or anything. Nothing can be sent. It crashed…. The developers need to correct it and make it work again. All it says is messages can’t be sent.
Receiving SMS should be easier than this App.
Upon installation, you need to login with Google (if you've no Google account you can't use it). You can't register your number from your iPad Mini cellular, only login with an existing account. You have to install the app on your phone... you should be able to just receive SMS from the SIM in the iPad Mini WITHOUT it needing to sync to something else or needing an account to do so. EE UK SIM cards don't work in the iPad Mini unless you set it up in a phone first; which defeats the object of data in the iPad Mini. iMessage does not receive confirmation codes to setup the EE SIM in an iPad Mini without setting it up in a phone first, due to the iPad Mini 6 not receiving SMS. 🤦🏼 (Edit: VOXI via Vodafone network -works as it should), regardless of iMessage / Cellular / Apple continuity. Either way, this app over complicates and under performs iMessage which with the right SIM card works fine.

Quit Working on iPad
Was working on my iPad a suddenly stopped sending and receiving messages.
Love this app
This works exactly as advertised. I have on my iPad, Android phone, and two Windows 10 PCs. Send from anywhere and all sync. Easy to send attachments. Only thing I might change is making a refresh button more obvious. The iPad sometimes needs a refresh to be current and doing it is not intuitive. For $10 a year Premium is a bargain.

“Do not ever ever waste your time installing this app, it’s a big waste of time and a big big headache or a migraine trigger and will make you so so frustrated and tense up. This app does not work and I tried to install this app but the i tried to connect this dumb useless app to my iPhone and then to my iPad and it didn’t sign in, it wouldn’t sign me up even using the sign in with an existing email. I stayed up a few hours later excited to try to get this app and set it up but wow I sure have a headache now and sure wasted a few hours of my rest time trying to get this darn gone app to work. I should be billing the developer for all this few hours of waste of my time plus having this load of waste and pointless junk app on here and also for all the major unfair tension and frustration and headaches and everything I’ve been put through from this. “Use junk & waste of time & doesn’t work at all”. If you don’t have a headache right now you sure will after installing this junk app and getting it to work.

I continue to have problems with this app. I love it when it works. But it just now forced me to purchase the app before I could proceed with anything. I also have to log in on my iPad every single time I open it. Is there anyone in support working on this. Or anyone at all?

Practical multi-platform messaging that helps me be efficient!
My wife & I have used MySMS for 5+ years, initially the free version, however with the ability to schedule texts when messaging different time zones, for instance, we both opted for the paid version. We both use it on our android phones, iPads and our laptops...even occasionally the web-based version in Linux. The yearly fee for premium is nominal as far as we’re concerned. MySMS does exactly what we need and neither of us have any complaints because it helps us to get our business done! ~DW

Good app, room for improvement
Overall a very good app. It just needs a better or cleaner UI. Options to customise how it looks would be awesome. Also, maybe design another app icon, it doesn’t look good...
Message I’m typing disappears before I can send...
I’ve been a premium user of mysms for years on android and pc products. This is my time using mysms on an ipad the experience is not nearly as good because of this one significant problem.
If I’m in the middle of typing a message, if I receive a message before I hit send, the message I’m in the of typing disappears, forcing me to start over. If I’m receiving multiple texts, it makes it impossible to get my message out.
I tried to find a solution in the help section but didn’t see a topic that addressed this. Took some digging but I did find an email for support. All I got was a reply saying they can only look at emails for premium users and the way for premium users, like me, to contact them is directly through the android app. Unfortunately, there seems to be no way to connect them in the android app that doesn’t involve the same website that the iPad app takes you to.
