مرتين اتصل عليهم وابلغهم بعدم رغبتي بستلام الشحنه ورغم ذالك يصيرون علي التوصيل

I can’t even use the app because it keeps telling me the country code is wrong. I just select the country and the app provides the country code, the correct code by the way but I keep getting this same error. Very frustrating.

تلاعب مندوب التوصيل
الشحنة ما وصلتني رغم اتصال المندوب ووجودي في المنزل رغم حصوله على العنوان وكان يبلغني انه وصل للباب ويطلب رقم هويتي والكود وهو غير موجود اساساً اشغلني في يوم التوصيل ولم يوصل لي الشحنة واخرتها يقولون استلميها من فرع شمسا بناء على رغبتي اود ان رفع شكوى ضد المندوب وإلا سأوصل الأمر لهيئة النقل على التلاعب

نزلت التطبيق اشتغل لمدة دقيقه وانقطع لحد الان !!
وهل فعلا طلبون بطاقة الهوية للمشتري ؟؟ حسب كلام الموقع الي شريت منه خبرني انكم طلبون بطاقة الهوية للمشتري !! ليش طلبونها ماله داعي اصلا لي وصل الطلب طلبو منه اثبات هويته وخلاص اما طلبون نسخه منها ف هالشيء مب معقول ، تم الاتصال لكم عشرات المرات فرع البحرين ومحد يرد مع الاسف يخلونك على الخط لمدة 10 دقايق وفي الاخير ينقطع الخط في ويهك !!؟؟

Shipments delayed
They are very late in delivering shipments, bad experience👎👎
Need immediate improvement
The app is useless only tracking, you cant manage the shipment or choose the branch manually.. a lot of bugs

Worst app in the world
When I go in the app it just leaves and doesn’t work well there needs to be an update in this it’s a very big situation bug.
It doesn’t work on Iphone
In the first day the app was working fine but later it crashes every time I use it. It’s useless. I have to use the website which is better than the app
Worst experience ever
My passport delivery was delayed and I had to reschedule my flight and pay hefty fees. Moreover, SMSA never contacted me to deliver it nor to get my address. I have to chase them and give them the address. Also, it says on the status “future delivery requested by customer” although no one contacted me and I did not request to reschedule the delivery!!!! Now I’m gonna wait even more and I’ll be super later for my work trip.. do not recommend this crappy shipment company to anyone!!!!
