I am reaching out for immediate support regarding ongoing issues with my account. Earlier, I experienced a problem receiving my BTC, which was resolved about an hour ago. However, I am now unable to sign in to my account through both the app and the website.
At the moment, the website will not load for me at all, and every login attempt on the app fails. After already dealing with the BTC issue, this continued inability to access my account is extremely stressful and worrying. I feel very uneasy not being able to confirm that my account is fully secure and functioning properly.

I paid $10 into the in app recharge on Apple order ID MNDD3W7854 20 days ago. I still havent got any in app balance. I wrote to support live chat 3 times. They Completely ignored not even a hello message in return. Scam i will report this to apple
