Wants all my personal photos and crashes
I bought Teolaegi and tried to use the AR to hear the recording. The app demands access to ALL of my photos in my gallery, downloaded them, and then when I tried to use the app, it just crashed and keeps crashing. I still can’t hear the message, and I’m worried about my personal photos being uploaded somewhere that I did not want to authorize. When I hit the button, I didn’t think it would actually download my photos. Do better SM! You do NOT need my personal photos, and you need to make sure that if I buy something, I can use the tech promised for what I bought.

It isn’t opening and getting stuck at 153-154 and totally not opening im tired of waiting this app doesn’t even works

I downloaded it to see all the ar cards i have and i can’t even scan a card let alone search a group SM do better
Takes too long to load
Literally have been trying to download the sticker ar pc thing but it’s been stuck at 50% for so long. Tried many different times and it still does the same thing

only works for album photocards
I have bought many ar clip cards and they seem to only work in albums and not in md. for example, it worked perfectly fine for hot sauce and sticker, but it didn’t work for nct dream cinema or wayv’s 3rd year anniversary. nct dream’s hot summer dream ar clip worked, but any md released after that doesn’t work. I really hope that this gets fixed soon, I always delete the app and try it again but it never. works.

It works but when you want to scan another card it takes you out of the app.

all that shows when I open the app is a black screen, the functionality of the app is poor. It is always a gamble as if the app will work or not.
App keeps crashing
Not sure if it’s just me, but my app crashes as soon as I scan my PCs. Honestly annoying because not even after a few seconds it will crash. If I managed to record it it’ll crash after I try to scan another card. Please fix this!!
Can’t even get into the app
After SM town logo, the black screen keeps showing and nothing happen. Is it just me or anyone having the similar issue as me??
Half and half
Half the time it works and its great and the other half it has a black screen and does nothing else.
Kai album doesn’t work
can u fix the Kai ar pcs? this app is horrible with so many bugs. Y’all NEED to be collecting data from this terrible app
Disappointing
When you open the app, it seems pretty normal. However, as you keep tapping “Next”, it shows a black screen at the end. To get past this you have to press “Skip”. A black screen will show momentarily, but you’ll be directed to the artists page. I ordered the Kai mini album and when I tried to download the content, it kept saying I had a network issue. I tried going on data mode, I tried my wifi, I tried my friend’s wifi, I tried hotspots, but to no avail. I don’t think it’s like this for all the content on the app as I’ve read the reviews, but the Kai AR content is very broken. Hopefully SM fixes the issues in their app.
