I learned to ski at Smuggs in my early 40’s. I wanted my kids to learn to ski and it was something I wanted to do with them. Learning to ski at Smuggs was one of the best things I ever did for my kids and myself. Smuggs lets kids be kids (young and old alike). The people are down to earth…no snobs…and what a great way to build memories as a family!

Not consistent this year.
The trail report is strange this year! It combines the nordic and alpine trails, but says there is a total of 78 trails, there is much more combined. Why do you keep indicating you are blowing snow on nordic trails?! There is clearly no snowmaking infastructure at all on your nordic trails. Will Buds Run ever be on the snow report? Houghs views often contradicts the app reports. This app used to be more reliable.

So much potential
So much potential with the app. More frequent updates to trails and lifts to make it more useful. Navigation is a little difficult. Timely updates to trail and lift data would be a huge improvement.

I like that they continuously update the lift/trail/conditions report. It was also easy to buy a lift ticket on.
gps improved, but data missing
a useful app. the gps for runs completed is way better after the recent update. but the recent update still doesn't show recent snowfall.
the app shows has a field for recent snowfall data, but the field is always empty. this really needs to be fixed - it is probably the single most important piece of info a skier or snowboarder wants.

This app has serious holes
New snow hasn’t been properly displayed all season, there’s no info on 48 hour or 7 day snowfall. Weather forecast on the snow report is wildly inaccurate more often than not. I genuinely don’t know why you would make an app that is so much worse than your website. Please just have the same info from your website available on the app. The current status is pathetic - 6 year Smuggs local

This app is as dysfunctional as the ski area it supports. The updates are rarely accurate, the cams are horrible when they are actually on and the snow report link is garbage. Sell the resort to someone that cares. Jay is a great example. Model after them

Glad to see the season total is “1.7e+02” What measuring system is that? I’m also psyched to see you are making snow on the Wire Road. Thats great that we have nordic snowmaking. Haha

Love the app and the tracking. Would love to see an option to check off or mark all trails that I’ve done.
