Attempt to cancel
I canceled this subscription long before it’s free offer was over and I am still Receiving $10 charges weekly onto my card bank account call Apple Apple can’t help and try to contact this provider karaoke and have had no success for the third time. I will have to cancel my card at my bank and receive a new one in order this situation in control so as I see it, Apple owes me about $40

Constructive criticism/Praise
I’ve been singing in this app for 10 years! Smule Features the same people for the same things! Youth, looks and high notes primarily. Harmonies are nice but over rated. Backup singers harmonize. All the hashtag campaigns are BS. It’s the SAME singers over and over again and then AGAIN!! Millions of users and yet smule appears to be diverse when actually they are not. You might think I can’t sing… no I can and was featured with Jon Secada sing with the artist, not to mention my debut CD on an indie label in LA finished at Capitol Records in 1996. I have spent 10’s of thousands of dollars over the years. On a good note the app is 1000% better as far as options for video and audio editing. I pray to see new faces. So whatever smule currently uses needs to change to be more inclusive!

I love Smule
I come from a musical family and music has always been an outlet for me. However, I don’t sing often Don’t go to karaoke living the fast life of a full-time mom holding down a full-time career. Smule brings me so much joy I have met so many fantastic singers so many fantastic people on this app. I recommended to everyone that I know. Thank you so much Smule for allowing me to enjoy singing these beautiful songs with these lovely people all over the world on this glorious App. I didn’t see often don’t.

Money hungry!
This app has been great, but it has become insanely greedy and unbearable to use. Many online communities that do smule musicals have been affected by the new update where there are 3 extensions per week, and there is hardly anything left that differentiates non-vip to vip, having vip is beginning to feel like a waste of money. It is insanely sad considering this app has been amazing and fun in the past, all we ask is for our unlimited # of extensions back.😢🙏
