Glitches
I just started playing this game and it’s so frustrating how often I run into issues with it. The wagon comes around and you have to fill up barrels to get resources that are needed to expand the village and upgrade things. As you’re trying to plant crops or gather materials to fill up the barrels, the wagon would either disappear or will change even though you’re supposed to have 15 ish hours to complete it. Everytime I tried to complete just one of the barrels coincidentally the wagon would change so I have a whole bunch of crops and materials I can’t even use to get the resources. Very frustrating. I prefer the original village better

App Crashed
After logging into my Game Center account, the game said it had to download content. It won’t download and now I’m locked out of two villages. A lot of work down the drain.
Needs updating
This game needs an update. For months now, some quests or jobs cause the game to crash or freeze, completely locking players out. Features like vanity smurfs aren’t working either. Please fix these issues so the game is playable.
The Greatest Game of All Time
Hello! This game is great, I don’t know what else to say, it is that amazing. I love the animations the little Smurf’s do, it is really funny when they fall asleep randomly😂. My expression of how great this game is not great, because I am lost for words and I am extremely happy.

This game has a special place in my heart which is why i continue on playing after all these years. A update would be pretty cool cause now my problem is I placed a snow tree on top of a smurfs house and I cant move nor cant remove it. Help. . .

This game stinks so bad it’s unbelievable. I restarted it after a few years and now I know why I quit playing it. You definitely can’t really do anything on here and there is no such thing as tech-support. I don’t think anybody is controlling this game. Honestly, don’t even bother. It’s a waste of time so mad about it cause it couldn’t really be fun.

Good but not yet great
To the developer, try to be more creative, some of the task seems to be repetitive. Also, is there a way to have an active season? Aside from farming and market, can you add more ways to earn more money and points? Maybe you can use AI as a tool to improve this game platform.

This isn’t that great of a game. Considering it’s made by the people who made Smurf village. It’s not a really fun game, it logs me out every time I go in the game, the smurfs look weird in this cgi, IT ONLY UPDATES EVERY 5 MONTHS!! This is not a very good game at ALL. I paid for the $9.99 magic acorns and my card was instantly charged $19.49 from the game. I finally got to the support area (which is very hard to get too) and I haven’t heard back from my open ticket in over a week. I’m disappointed and want a refund.

Great game BUT!!
A great game but they have let it go. They only updated the game for “optimisation” which is good but what about updating the game itself. They need to do something about more game play. There hasn’t been a game update in over a year
Love the game but there’s a bug
I can’t add any friends on here, I started up a new village since I changed my Game Center and Facebook accounts, it will not let me add my friends the add button doesn’t even show up. I invited them to play and same thing… it’s very disappointing and I hope this is resolved soon.
Fun game but
It’s a fun game but I got the 200 Smurfs berries pack for 12.99$ and right after I got a notification that 38.05$ was taken out. Never spending money on this game again
