There is a fault yet again with the Epic game, level 9
I have reported this to you numerous times and still you have not fixed it

Lost game progress - linked facebook.. that feature isn’t available now.. only option is to Sign in with Apple
Pathetic
Has potential but the game doesn’t even fit the screen! Stretches way beyond the screen, plus I finally figured out why I can’t see how many Smurfberries I have….because they’re hidden behind the top notch on iPhone. Also, the settings never stay. Every time I launch this app, I have to turn off the music. Has potential, but it is just way too glitchy and the over stretched screen is super annoying. Reaching out to developers is useless.

When you watch an ad, it shows an ad which is not suitable for people under 18. Can you fix it please?

**Edited** ALL of the levels are identified as being HARD level. This is an extremely frustrating game. It seems to be set up for users to spend money, but coins so they can move on. If you’re looking for a fun game, ease anxiety this is not the game for you. *** Original Review: Some of the levels are far too difficult. I’ve been stuck on level 135 for days now, and without and extra helpers cannot move forward. Looks like they may want you to spend money to move onto next levels. If you don’t mind being stuck on the same level for a week, you may enjoy this game.

Fun While It Lasted
Only had the game about 10 days, made one very minimal in-app purchase and next thing you know, the game will not load or open at all. Allowed plenty of time for it to load and even uninstalled and reinstalled a few times but still nothing. Tried to reach out via email to the developer and just received an “undeliverable “ bounce-back message. 🤷🏻♀️

TOO MANY FAULTS AND THE CLOSER YOU GET TO FINISHING THE WHOLE 5000+ LEVELS THE MORE FAULTS AND THE LESS HELP THERE IS TO COMPLETE IT.

Smurfs
Worst game ever,
Yet again it is taking weeks to complete just 1 game level. I’m sick to death of playing this game as there is no enjoyment in it
Unless you are willing to pay you have absolutely no chance of completing this game
Keep asking how many levels there are to completely complete the whole game and no one will give you a straight answer ( not that you stand any chance of ever completing this game )
Levels are repetitive, just the same thing over and over
It shouldn’t take weeks to do just 1 level and I have been playing this game for just over 2 years ( not a compliment or enthusiasm for the game ) more a case of how bloody difficult this game is
People like to play games for enjoyment, this game is torture and frustrating and not enjoyable at all
Considering this game is mostly aimed at kids, your kids will end up damaging the phone in frustration and annoyance

Game play board
Game play explanation stays on the screen covering at least 3 or more rows of the bubbles so you don’t even know what you’re shooting at. Cute game but not playing something that going to stick and stay on the screen so I literally have to shut it completely down and restart to get back and restarts every time very aggravated

Too complicated
Too complicated and long, latest update is a joke, you now have to play the main game before you can play the epic games and if you go off of the game you again have to play the main game to then get the epic game. Levels are getting harder and harder and you are spending weeks trying to complete just 1 level. Level 3291 is impossible to complete unless you spend money on buying extras. I have literally been playing this game for 2+ years and still haven’t been able to complete it. Supposed to be for kids, it definitely isn’t.

Game is messed up. Map doesn’t load. You can play the game but you cannot collect coins on the map locations. Please fix.

I like this game. It is another one of those bubble match games, but it's still fun to play.
I would've given this game five stars if it wasn't for one thing…THE ADS. Every time I finish a level, it always plays an ad. I am NOT watching an ad that frequently, so I have to keep opening and closing the app, and that's really annoying to do so. I have tried turning my wifi off, but the game needs wifi to function and load. I wouldn't recommend this game if you get angry easily, or if you absolutely despite ads.

Free Coins & Boosters still not available
I responded to a May 13, 2024 review regarding the free coins and boosters not being accessible. I sent an email to the recommended email address and have not heard back from anyone nor has there been an app update to fix the problem.
Additionally, last year I purchased additional coins and did not receive them. I sent an email and was told I would be reimbursed. I was never reimbursed.
This app should be removed from the Apple Store platform if the app provider is not able to respond appropriately.
