Thieves

They charge your credit card for the full amount immediately and only offer you 24 hours from your original time that you made the reservation to cancel. They will then keep all of your money, even if you’re canceling your reservation months ahead of time. They are about to catch a nice lawsuit. Stay away!!!!

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Snag-A-Slip partners with marinas and private slip owners, each with their own cancellation and payment policies. The slip you booked requires 100% payment upfront and has a strict 24-hour cancellation window, which was clearly displayed prior to booking.
