Great
Seems to have what I want for basic inspections and form. I recommend this app.
Good but..
App is good but needs some improvements to be better for surveyors:
1) allow more photos to be added to each item
2) when browsing items allow filtering out completed issues
3) currently when you change your name or auditor’s name in one project, it is changed on all projects (??)

Fantastic app
Really helpful app. I like the way that you can sort the snags into relevant trades.
Great App but Crashes
This app seemed so great at first. To the point I paid for the first month. However it can’t handle being used to record over 40 different issues. Now it just constantly crashes so wasted money on an unusable app

I’ve used this app a few times as it seems to be quick and simple. However just now it has crashed multiple times. Not worth the price
Report deleted
An entire report was deleted bc the phone didn’t have memory after the report was created
What has happened
This app used to be great, I could quickly walk through 20+ apartments and tag everything. Now I can’t even have 3+ individual projects saved without the app crashing. I can maybe get up to 10 pictures/items and then the app crashes and I lose my work. And the worst part is, you’re asking for 3 times the price for a subscription from when it was working well?

Its beauty is it’s simplicity
There are many snag list apps available and I use a few, this one is my go to for quick and easy, keeps it simple and works well. Easily add company branding for a professional look with ease.

Great when it works but keeps crashing
This app has all the features you would need and keeps things nice and simple and quick. Unfortunately, once you get above 20 or so snags on a project it will crash on a frequent basis. This is worse on then iPhone version but also does so on the iPad version.
If there was a fix for this then I would gladly give 5 stars.

Bad lately
Loads of bugs and issues. Pages freezing, files not transferring. Never used to have issues
Unable to share list without subscribing
While the description suggests lists can be shared, you need to subscribe since there is no option to share a list in the feee version.
Easy to use time saver
Very intuitive to use, a real time saver, and generated a neatly laid out repost. Unlike some of the competitors it doesn’t come with an extremely high monthly cost (which was cost prohibitive when we only complete 1-2 projects a year). Well done and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
Needs a lot of work
- The templates are not professional looking, I would expect them to exportable to an editable file to allow improvement or align with company standards.
- The PDF export quality is very low, text is pixelated and exported as an image so you can’t even copy and paste it.
- I had to find out these issues by purchasing a subscription, it would have been nice to have been able to export a watermarked PDF at least to experience the full app before paying any money.
- The actual on site use was good, it’s a shame it was a waste of time as I’ll need to recreate the report to look like something a professional office would issue.

Not working any more

Snaglist Bug
Hi, the app currently isn’t working. When all problems are put into a audit, multiple issues dissapear. I’ve now lost all my snag lists, please sort
Update hasn’t fixed the PDF export issue
I still cannot export PDF’s despite the update claiming to do so. At present the app is useless as I cannot share the snag lists with contractors. Please fix

As per other reviews, a full report is not generated when using iOS 16.0.2.
