SnagDesk: Snagging & Reports

SnagDesk is a snagging app for people who'd rather be on site than stuck doing paperwork. You spot a defect, photograph it, jot a quick note, and it's on your list. When you've finished walking the job, one tap turns the whole lot into a clean PDF you can send straight to the client or subcontractor. It all runs on your phone, signal or no signal. Made in the UK for contractors, builders and site managers. CAPTURE DEFECTS ON SITE See a problem, log it there and then. A photo, a line about what's wrong, next. Your punch list fills up as you walk, so nothing gets missed by the time you're back in the van. MARK UP PHOTOS Draw right on the photo. Ring the crack, point at the gap, scribble what needs doing. The person putting it right can see what you mean without wading through a paragraph. GENERATE PDF REPORTS When the walk-around's done, export the snag list as a tidy PDF. Photos, notes, the lot. Off it goes to the client, the site team, or whoever's holding the screwdriver. WORKS FULLY OFFLINE Half the sites you walk have no phone signal anyway. Basements, new builds, the back end of nowhere. SnagDesk carries on regardless, and everything stays on your phone where it belongs. NOTHING TO LEARN There's no setup and no training day. Open it and start snagging. Handy for: - New-build handovers and snagging surveys - Punch lists and site inspections - Defect tracking and remedial works - Property and maintenance checks Snagging, punch list, site audit, call it what you like. SnagDesk keeps it in one place and gives you a report worth sending. Give it a go on your next job.
