A snake is dead because it took your site 4 tries to identify a benign garter snake.
I am new to this area and have chickens, dogs and a cockatoo. I had a very aggressive snake in a bucket with no lid I was desperately trying to identify before something was bitten, but absolutely did NOT want to kill if it was not venomous.
After MANY attempts to get an identification from you I finally killed the snake to keep my animals safe.
SO BLOODY UNNECESSARY…. Then your site finally came through that it was a benign snake that didn’t need to die.
Do you think people are only ATTEMPTING to use your sit sitting in a sofa playing with their phone?
I am ATTEMPTING to use the site so as NOT to kill ecologically helpful reptiles.

How do I stop the subscription
Did not know that I would be charged 4.99 every week and sometimes twice a week. How do I stop this

Hi, Subscriptions purchased through our app on iOS are managed by Apple. To cancel, you'll need to do so directly through your Apple account. You can find instructions on how to cancel your Apple subscriptions on this page: https://support.apple.com/en-us/118428 If you subscribed to weekly, it only charged once a week.
Misidentified snake
Identified a king snake as a coral snake and said it was 95% effective. This app still needs a lot of work.
