I’m trying to upload a picture, but it keep asking my email even after I’ve provided it. That’s all this app does.

the app is easy to use. you upload a photo of the unidentified snake and not long afterwards you get an email identifying the snake. one of the most useful apps I have found

Annoying, can’t use without signing up for recurring billing. They really aught to make subscription requirements clear.

Quick and very helpful!
Had a snaked stuck in a glue trap that was still alive and wanted to know if it was dangerous. They helped give me tips on how to get it safely off the trap and I was able to safe the rat snakes life!

I’d like to cancel snake snap but cannot find settings When i look inside ‘phone settings’ I only have 2 options and neither leads to settings. The app itself doesn’t seem to have a ‘settings’

Rural Africa
Wow I am very impressed with this service! I live in rural West Africa with my family including a toddler who loves to play outside. We killed a snake that we thought was a deadly venomous type and submitted it to this service to find out. They responded the same day with a detailed report about the snake, despite being a type that is not very well documented. Fortunately it was not a deadly venomous type like we feared. This has given us much peace of mind especially with our toddler. All this was on the free trial but I want to keep my subscription longer just to pay them for their help. Thank you!

I didn’t realize I’d need to wait for an email. It doesn’t identify it in the app right away. Also it’s free to just swipe up on your photos you take on your phone and click on ID.

The other night in the dark I went to push buttons for the gate. Thought I saw a gecko and almost reached in. Decided to take a picture. It was a snake curled in the box. My besties identified it as non-venomous and this 84 year old rested easier. Thank you from my hyper heart beat for this app.

Not only do you have to pay, you can’t use it unless you provide your email. Also results are not instant.
Easy to use and quick identification
The app was easy to use. I just selected a photo from my photo library, put in my location and email. I got a result back with what the snake was and links to more info within minutes.
