No point in playing

Utterly ruined the game when so many players cheat. And the makers of the WordFued app haven’t blocked screenshots. This app is utterly unethical and is ruining another app.

Versions screenshots

The updated in-game screenshots aren’t working. The developers really need to fix these bugs. I enjoy trying new features, so it’s disappointing—especially since I sometimes get tired of the black theme, too. I’m glad to share my feedback, and overall I’d rate the app three stars.

Additional improvements for the new version of Wordfeud are now live. Please let us know if you're still having issues. Note: we are wanting to perfect importing dark theme screenshots before we begin work on the light theme.

Algorithm needs to be consistent

The algorithm seems to change when I win several games in a row, wherein I repeatedly am dealt all vowels and/or 1 point duplicate letters even when I swap tiles. It tries to limit my ability by giving me useless letters.

Don’t like new updates..

With new updates I either get all vowels or consonants.. I can’t do a thing with iiieeeu… bring back the old way of a complete mixup of letters

The forced ads are awful

Terrible. There is basically one advertiser, and it forces you to spend forever watching their terrible games.

Not nearly as good as it was!

It used to be a good app but now you have watch an ad and still doesn't five you the highest scoring word.

Our solver gives all possible word options, from highest-scoring to lowest-scoring. If the highest-scoring words are not unlocking after you watch an ad, please contact us at support@firecrackersw.com.

Great app!!

Update: the developer contacted me. Turns out the previous problem was due to user error. All is good now.

This app used to be great; I would’ve given it all 5 stars. Then, for reasons not relevant, I had to uninstall both the game and this app. When I reinstalled them this app no longer worked. Doesn’t recognize this screen. I’ve sent screenshots to the developers but I received no response and nothing has changed. I’d love it if someone could help me troubleshoot this issue.

Sorry to hear that! We reply to every support email we receive (please check your spam/junk folder). A couple common problems: 1) Make sure your Wordfeud board is 100% zoomed-out when taking a screenshot (sometimes, the game board doesn't zoom-out completely due to a bug in Wordfeud) -- our solver can't read the screenshot when the board is even slightly zoomed-in. You can make sure you're zoomed-out completely by using two fingers to pinch the middle of the screen. 2) If you're using an iPad, having a multitasking slide-over tab on the mid-left or mid-right edge of the screen will interfere with screenshot import. We recommend removing the tab from the screen before taking and importing a screenshot of your Wordfeud game.

Very clunky

It doesn’t log into your game. You have to take a screenshot and every two or three times it launches a video ad. Now requires you to watch an ad every time you use it.

For those who prefer no ads, we offer a VIP upgrade that removes ads. We're not affiliated with Wordfeud, so it's impossible for us to have direct access in your Wordfeud app to log into your game. We think it's quick and simple to take a screenshot in Wordfeud and import it in Snap Assist, especially if you use the 'snap to game' function.

It’s great until...

So let’s say you are loosing by a lot so you download this app. It works for awhile but after than it just keeps saying no playable words found. Also please make there be less ads. Thank you!

The developer got back with me not just once but quite a few times telling me they were working on my problem. Thank you Tatyana! I can now use the app again.

Original review: I would have given this 4 stars until today. No matter what board I submit I get no playable words. I hope this gets fixed!

Stopped working

All I get now when I try to use this app is a message that says no playable words found when there are definitely playable words available. Please fix.
