But you can do that on the basic website. No app needed.
The draw to the app are the coupons they email you. It they NEVER work. And the coupons are app specific, so you can’t even try them on the site.
Basically just order from the website unless you want emails about deals that you CAN’T actually use

Great pizza, super fast, amazing toppings, and totally overpriced. If it’s payday and you want something quick and tasty-I highly recommend! You could definitely purchase a much cheaper (and larger) pizza at a local pizza shop.

Coupon did not work
I received an email with a coupon code for $1 mozzarella sticks with an order of $10 or more in the app. When I tried to use the coupon in the app it did not work.
Easy enough to use
But coupons never work!

coupon codes don’t work half the time and they don’t tell you why. very user unfriendly would rather call in order or come in person. I use 500 websites and many app but this is one of the more frustrating ones.
Good food-easy app
The pizzas are good and just ordered a grain bowl . I do wish that the bowls had an easier option to customize or also the option to pay cash at the store when ordering through the app . It isn’t the same as the first time I got it but pretty good . I feel like coming earlier is the best bet because the place gets smoky later on in the day .

Useless
App will not let me sign in or collect rewards no matter how many times i reset my password. Useless.
Not working
Your app is not working. What’s the use of telling people to download it if it’s not sending the token to set it up. Waste of my time downloading it. I’ll be removing it.
Buggy
The app wouldn’t let me use my gift card, or my credit card that was already on file. I resubmitted my credit card info and it still didn’t work. I had to delete everything on file and submit my cc info again for it to finally work.
What a waste of time...
So I download the Snap app, for it to take me to their main website, THEN takes me to the Caviar website, now it’s making me download the Caviar app. What’s the point of the Snap app??? 🤔🥱😴

The app and reward system work nicely and the UI is very clean minus a few small bugs here and there.
Works great
Sure, there’s a typo saying 1 point for $1, but it clearly states how many points you have. Does not warrant a negative review lol. Ordered for pickup later tonight, but overall the app works very well and is very fluid. Only thing I would request is maybe adding nutritional value somewhere.
First use
They put my pizza on the wrong crust. Took awhile to remake and then almost gave me the wrong one again. Tall guy with dreds was also cooking without a mask on. Sansom philadelphia location. Never had issues before but first time using app didn’t go well. Dude complaining(rightfully so) that you need to spend 1200 dollars to get a free pizza is absolutely correct. App says 1 point for every dollar. Hopefully the moron calling people idiots corrects himself.
