Fix it
The app won’t even load. Looks like you’d run a test or two after your upgrades to the app to make sure it works. We’re required to fundraiser through this program but won’t be getting many funds if we can’t utilize it.
Easy to Use
Easy to use app, helped us a bunch.
Insane
Can we lower the amount u can donate pls it’s so stupid how high its is and if h think abt it the lower the price the more people and more money you’ll get Cz business
Worthless
Uploading documents is a joke.
Bug
App crashes every time I click on it. Won’t even load for a second before it crashes. Website is not good either
Can’t log in
Very slow. Took ten minutes to type in user name and password and finally got to hit sign in then it just spins and doesn’t do anything.
App worked fine but the rep at my school had a stupid face and haircut
See title
Didn’t make sense
It told me to put in a nine digit code, but it gave me only eight digits so can’t get in the app.
Yawn
Maybe stop coming to schools and having your representatives shout at kids, whose don’t make enough income, to beg for money and fundraise unethically. The whole way your company goes about it makes it feel like a scam and I’m surprised you even have people who donate.
Terrible app
Me and my wrestling team use this app to raise money for funds and to pay for our singlets etc. The app doesn’t keep my fundraiser(the wrestling funds) logged in and keeps asking me for a code the guy that came to my school was no help and the people on the app doesn’t help either not worth it honestly

Total scam
My school made me listen to some stupid sales pitch about this. My schools team does its own fundraising and doesn’t need this fundraiser.
SCAM God awful
Pyramid scheme. I can’t even sign in to the app. Obviously this is for the benefit of the company and not for the sports team. This is ridiculous that my school district made a contract with this poor company.
Why I hate Snapraise
Snapraise is so evil like why are we continually using it when it has so many downsides.
1. Most people cannot figure out how to use it. It limits the amount of people donating because of the demographic of people who cannot use it.
For example, older people who are not used and equip with the skills to use technology are unable to figure out how to input card numbers and donate properly. Most adults also do not have online transaction apps such as Venmo, Cashapp, or Zelle. So how would they be able to donate money online to fundraisers? Some people don't even have a phone.
2. It is unprofessional and rude. Sending multiple automated messages asking people for money with no human interaction or personal relationships likely will cause people to not want to donate. Whereas face to face contact with people is more beneficial and convincing, because it shows you care for those who donate to you. Automated messages sound fake and cannot convey emotions. If you got a message that said "Please donate to me for my ______!" 5 times a day, would you really want to donate? It is just not a good way to ask people to donate to you.
3. The donaters usually get nothing out of electronic donating. Usually fundraisers include a product or service in return for money. Carwashes, bake sales, candy selling and yardwork include benefits for donators. But in an online fundraiser, usually people just donate and do not get anything out of it. I know you don't have to get something out of it, and it makes profit, but it just seems rude to ask for straight up money and give nothing in return but an automated thank you message.

DON’T GET THIS APP ITS A SCAM
don’t get this app. it will sell your information
Salesman did not help well.
Salesman Alex gave attitude and was rude to me and my squad. Never again. I would give a 0/5 but it sounds better than a 1/5. Never again.
Tips?
App takes a percentage of donations, does not cover the processing fees and then asks for a tip on top of it. Do with that information what you will.
the salesmen are jerks.
My high school volleyball team used snaps and had someone from the business come and make sure we all downloaded and were logged into the program. they had the guy come around and show him our phones to insure we had really did it. i have a gabb phone which has restrictions making me unable to access the internet or download unsupported apps so i had downloaded the app on another device. when he came over to me i told him i had restrictions so i downloaded it on another device and he got up in my face about it. he repeatedly told me i could download it or to open it on the internet and i kept telling him no and he wouldn’t believe me until i open the app store and looked for the app. total jerk i was singled out among all the girls and he even gave an inventive to all the other girls that whoever had sent the most text messages that had people donate would win a chick fil a card. this was a horrible experience for me and he had no right to get in my face about this and insist on seeing our phones. i think the guys name was DANNY not entirely sure but i know it started with a d. very upset about this. it also cut out a full 40 minutes of our practice time.

Fundraiser
Worker wasn’t very friendly and didn’t believe that we were trying to raise money even though we raised a couple thousand.
