Fares now reflect real Juba prices and adjust to distance and traffic instead of showing a flat rate. Drivers stay online between trips, so they keep receiving ride requests. Ride requests no longer wait indefinitely. If no driver accepts within 10 minutes, the request is cancelled and you are told. Driver document uploads are fixed, and drivers now submit a photo of themselves at registration so riders can see who is picking them up. Boda rides are temporarily unavailable while we focus on racksha and car service.
