About

Snaparoo solves the oldest problem at every event: someone has the good photo, and you don't have it. Ask a stranger to take your photo — hand them a QR code, no app or account needed on their end, and it lands straight in your Snaparoo library automatically. Send photos to anyone in seconds, or drop them straight into your own library instead of letting your camera roll pile up. Every photo someone sends you is yours to keep or pass on — download it, save it, your call, every time. Organize a big event's worth of photos into one shared album, so nobody's stuck piecing together what happened from a dozen different phones. Connect with people you actually know — mutual, private connections, never open or public sharing. You both agree before anything's visible. Free to start. Upgrade anytime for more storage, original-quality downloads, and higher limits. Works entirely in your browser too, at snaparoo.me — no account required to view a shared album, and everyone you invite can join without downloading anything if they don't want to.

What's New in Snaparoo App

1.0.1

October 7, 2026

We squashed some bugs and made a few things easier: • You can now rename your albums — right from the album screen or the "..." menu • Fixed the camera staying on in the background after saving a photo to an album • Fixed canceling a download sometimes opening the wrong screen afterward • The Feed screen now has a way back to Home even when it's empty • Fixed random scrolling when closing a photo on the web • Fixed a leftover incorrect number in the storage limit message Thanks for using Snaparoo — more improvements on the way!
