Keeps deleting my scans

Hey there! Our database is up-to-date, and scanning works properly as long as the card and the photo are valid. If scanning yields no correct results, please try again with better lighting and positioning. Also, please make sure not to cover any numbers or texts with your fingers while holding the card. If you still can't find your card, please contact us at snapdex@broftware.com, and let's check it together. Have a good day!
