Simple and effective
After years and years of dieting I wasn’t interested in going back to counting calories and restricting my food constantly. I’ve had 2 babies in the past 3 years and I have quite a bit of weight to lose. I’ve been enjoying this app and the process. It really allows me to reflect on my habits, and having to take a photo of my food also makes me not want to eat too many things outside of meals!
