Doesn't work at all
At startup I'm greeted with a message that I should connect my phone to the internet and I can't continue. My phone IS connected to the internet.
Disappointing but functional.
It lets you keep bid on a name when it goes to auction. But overall it’s disappointing that SnapNames hasn’t updated their app or website in years. A good service when it works but lots of weird issues like outbid emails showing up hours after the auction has ended.
Awful app
It is almost as if Snapnames didn't bother actually testing this app. Buttons don't work, and the functionality is just very poor. And from the other reviews is has been bad for years.

Would you do business with a company that produces an app this bad? No chance.

Won't even let me login - just continue dialog box popups. You guys should feel embarrassed for even releasing this TRASH of an app! Next time take a few grand of the millions you make charging ridiculous fees and hire an American team of coders instead of that third world, incompetent group that must have built this joke of an app!

Cant get past terms and conditions.
Horrible mousetrap when launching the app. Just like others have been saying for years.
Needs Serious Help
The web interface works fine, but the app won't even let me past Terms & Conditions where it says "Thank you for downloading...". I keep hitting "Continue, but nothing happens and it keeps popping up. I give.

great website but useless app. what a letdown
Needs work and DO NOT make any mistakes.
The app could easily be so much better and more than it is. It works decently, is better than the other domain auction apps, but needs a lot of work.
Also, if you make ANY mistakes, like, accidentally make a typo or input a domain that is readily available for $8 reg fee, they will STILL charge you $69 and the customer service will not help. Had this happen to me a few times, and I feel so ripped off.

Great addition to the site, I love being able to manage my auctions on the go, has never crashed and always reliable right up till the last second. Great job!

We always have backorder for available domain name.
Not amazing but does work.
There is a lot more that could have been done with this app but the owner didn't invest the time and care. It at least does its job.
