Cant seem to ever get it to not skip. Wont notice VLC as installed. New update on 1.24.26 lock you out for security reasons.
Tvos crashes constantly.
I shouldnt have to join discord to contact support - esp when the discord app wont even verify Im human.

Unfortunately, unwatchable experience
I have been using original Snappy IPTV Player for last 3 years, love it, and IS still best player I use.
I decided to try new Snappier Player.
I like new fresher look, EPG with preview to the point I decided to pay for subscription. Fortunately for me I chose for 1 month only.
Maybe, coincident but right after subscribing my experience went to zero.
Constant flickering, choppy pictures, lagging, freezing. So I tried every passible configuration like changing players from KS to VLC to VLC App, content matching,
changing settings in my Apple TV 4K,
4K HDR to 4K SDR, chroma to 4:2:0 also content matching in Apple TV and so on and on. Resetting Apple TV to factory settings. Reinstalling all apps and players.
I lost lots of time.
I really wanted to love this new player.
But despite all my efforts and changes I try I’m getting unwatchable, constant flickering experience.
And my original old Snappy player is still delivering super picture quality.
So after 1 month I will cancel my subscription since I can’t use this player.
I hope developer will address those issues in new version and made this player as good as was old Snappy player.
Until this happens I’m out.

Need support. I’m writing here because there is no support via email and discord doesn’t let me join because of a false VPN message. I can’t access the catch up function, while I’m in the favorites list. Please fix!
Once my favourite app has become a slow unusable mess
I really would rather just have my money back.
It used to be amazing and now it’s so bad I thought the IPTV provider became terrible. Turns out it’s just this app since the latest Liquid Glass update. I’ve had so many issues.

Crash when exiting TV channel
It could be good, I can see they are trying to have a fast application. But I’m tired of all the app crashing. There is better app out there. I mean you should be able to browse some channels without having crash right
What support??
They use some weird verification method for their support channel. I just keep getting messages that bots aren’t allowed or that I’m using a vpn and that’s not allowed. I’m not using a vpn and I’m not a bot. I’ve subscribed to this app for a year now and it just seems to get worse and worse. So when I do finally decide to reach out to support, all I get are a bunch of ads. Where did the option to download to server go?? When I’m not busy logging into the snappier app, I’ve noticed you did away with a very useful feature.

The verification system is something that a lot of discord servers use. We have had issues with people bots joining and causing all sorts of issues. Im sorry you had an issue. All you had to do was msg an admin. We are only most of the time and you would see our names in the user list. There are no ads. I have no ides where you get this idea from. The option to download to server is there, if you reinstalled the app and didn’t restore purchase it wouldn’t display.

Download option missing
How come the download option has gone from the app? This was the main feature I used for the app as I travel lot and WiFi and network connection is not always available. Apart from that I’ve always thought the app was great and will continue to use it.
Best looking interface
Undeniable the best interface I’ve seen out there but also one of the most unstable. The app keeps crashing on my iPhone, iPad and Mac. Hate that I paid a year of service after trying. Love that you can edit and arrange content as you want, hide content and have it refresh only what you like but the instability has me searching again. I so wanted this to be the one.

I purchased a lifetime subscription because I felt it was a good deal. App work without any problems, it’s not perfect, but I notice improvements with every update.

Oft freu ich mich über die Release-Logs, weil ich denke: „Mensch, endlich Problem XY bearbeitet!“ und im nächsten Update ist es entweder wieder da oder was anderes ist kaputt. Oder die App startet wie heute nach dem Update am 25.01.26 einfach gar nicht mehr.

Best IPTV app but needs ability to switch between accounts quicker or blend them
Poor Service
This app used to be great, but recent content and platform changes have made it unusable. It’s buggy as hell, constantly crashes, and doesn’t even work properly on Apple TV anymore. Total downgrade — really disappointing to see such a solid service fall apart.
