Ignorant
I was in the process of signing up. Just as I was entering my last name, it wouldn’t let me through because it says that last name must be three characters. I only have two characters in my last name. I don’t understand why you would dictate how many letters we should have in our surname but that was just ignorant. I erased all the information I put in and got rid of the app. Good riddance!

I have contacted customer service twice because I have not received my payout which was requested several days ago. This is very disappointing. I want an update and I want to be assured that the fund will be in my account!
Didnt work
I couldn't even set up an account with them. Maybe because my bank is in the USA? Not sure

Der Support Funktion nicht bzw. ist scheinbar nicht mal mehr existent! Auf mehrere Anfragen wird nicht reagiert! Werde die App wahrscheinlich einfach löschen also für Content Creatorinnen wie mich absolut nicht zu gebrauchen wenn eine App nicht richtig funktioniert und ein Support hierfür nicht existiert!

Die App ist super handlich, intuitiv bedienbar und sehr übersichtlich gestaltet. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der Kundensupport: Rückmeldungen erfolgen schnell und kompetent – hier fühlt man sich wirklich gut betreut. Mein Problem mit der Auszahlung würde sofort behoben und seit 2 Monaten klappt es immer zum Mitte des Monats! Ich kann diese App uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen – eine echte Alternative zu den herkömmlichen Zahlungsmitteln!
