Good concept poor execution
Not only is it confusing to find the usefulness, it seems to be incorrect. If you shove a middle pair from CO, it says incorrect, yet shows you should be shoving pocket 2’s+ in the explanation for it being incorrect.

Free version is total waste. Find another app

I know this a really old app, but Jeeze I’ve seen high school programming students put together better apps, even 10-15 years ago..

Bought a subscription and there’s no option and no way to login on the mobile app. No customer support either. So I just can’t use this

App is defunct and will not load anymore, has been this way for a year. Still accepts payment but doesn’t work whatsoever.
Needs updating
I tried the subscription pro for a few months, but cancelled. You can get similar charts for free. The app also lists ranges in text not range charts, which would be much easier and quicker to read.
No longer have access to pro
I bought the one off £24.99 payment option with access to SnapShove Pro on my old phone. Bought a new phone and no longer have access to Pro, I tried the “restore my purchase” option but it did nothing. Now they want £10.99 per month for access to Pro. Like another user I feel ripped off.
Constantly breaking down.
I have purchased a subscription to this service, yet at absolutely random times it does not allow me to access the premium features. It does not allow me to login and crashes the app. I have done everything possible to solve this, including re downloading the app, starting my phone, etc. yet it can only be fixed by the developers or by chance. Awfully unreliable. Do not purchase until changes are made.

Paid for full version which won’t load
Paid for the upgrade a few years ago. Actually met Max at the wsop thru another poker player when I did .
Now the new version came out and it won’t recognize that I already paid for the subscription. Really annoying as I already paid for the app.
Hopefully the issue gets solved some day but it hasn’t been fixed in months !

Paid For the App - Won’t Reload Purchase’
I paid to use this and just when I need it, the app locks up and won’t restore functionality. What a rip off.
Completely monetized and ruined
I’ve had this app for years on my old phone. I bought it for like $6 originally. It was great. You could see all of the shove and call charts free, change BBs, antes, positions, etc. When I got my new phone, I redownloaded it and lost all of that. The basic version now is entirely useless. You can find any of this info easily on charts online for FREE. Highly advise not spending money on this app. And for what it’s worth, all of this data is outdated and not the most +EV plays.

Scam
“Went pro” by buying the premium version of this app last year for $15. After an app update, my purchase disappeared. I didn’t get a refund, I just got my premium revoked randomly. Tried to contact the app owner through their website, but their “contact us” section is broken and does not work. I want my premium restored!

Doesn’t display correctly on iPhone 7
This app has great functionality but I’m afraid the way it displays on my iPhone is awful and therefore prevents me from using it. The text is huge and overlapping and often the page won’t scroll. Boxes run into each other and it’s just not useable. Not sure why this is but I certainly won’t be shelling out £50 until it’s fixed!

Is the 3 day trial for the Pro Version, the specific add ons or just the initial version?

The upgrade isn’t instant and is hidden. Still charged £14.99 instead of €14.99 - an extra $5
Opponent Ranges
Gives all opponents the same call/push ranges which is not realistic. Also all players have same amount of chips which is not realistic. Add these two features even if randomized them will buy the full version.
