Easy to use and perfect for making memories
I love this app. For me it’s the perfect way to save and summarize anything. Whether it be a trip or a day spent with friends, having all your favourite photos in new place, with the option to overlay with music and even titles is the best.
I share my little videos with people and they love them too.
Becky, if you see this, I have a question about the music. When I try to add music from my phone, rather than the music available in the app, I cannot see all of my music. Is that a copyright issue or is that a glitch?

good fun
I picked this app to animate panorama photos to post on Facebook, as panning video clips. What it does it does automatically and well. I find it works best if you adjust the duration to 10 secs and the layout to square. It’s a shame you can’t set a few more parameters, for example to do vertical as well as horizontal shots and to control what dimensions are treated as panoramas, but it does work very well for images that fit its expected parameters.

So much potential yet frustrating
It has so much potential. It is so easy and intuitive to use but it crashes all the time!! It even crashes my phone and males it turn off. And as there is no way to save I have to start over and over. I have been trying to complete a project for hours starting over and over again. It is so frustrating!

Great teacher tool
This is just a great app for busy teachers. I often want to quickly document an activity my class is carrying out. Snapthread makes this so easy. Much quicker than iMovie or clips. I’ve astonished colleagues by getting a video online almost as an activity is taking place. I would like the option to export videos at lower quality and dimensions, but shortcuts can help with that.

Really great app. Wonderful conceptZ While it has been crashing for me, regularly, I am able to get things done, eventually.
Would be really great if you can select the portion of the audio track in app, so you could use a section from the middle of a song.

Totally crap
Spent over an hour creating a video and even paid for premium, clicked export and save and the video completely vanished. Don’t waste your money!
Finally a Pano-to-Video App that Works!
I’ve been trying several other apps that work without having to share to a social media app. I needed to convert some work videos and this one is simple and easy to use.
Live Photo to video made easy
I bought this to make a video of my son’s entire first year. From birth, to his 1st birthday. It was a piece of cake combining the photos in date order, and cropping videos to 3 secs to make them fit in with the feel of the fast paced video. I laid music over the top, kept the original soundtrack of baby noises etc, and it was done in less than an hour. The 3min 20sec video saved to my phone roll and I’ve managed to WhatsApp it to my family easily. Very happy with this app.

Great app and responsive Developer!
Best app for stitching together Live Photos, still photos, and videos. Developer is very responsive and helpful to any issues or suggestions you have. Highly recommended!
Good but duration limited
Good App, it’s a pity the duration for a single panorama to video is limited to 15s and that it can’t be adjusted.
Love it!
I get so much use out of Snapthread, especially for sending Live Photos of my baby to relatives without iPhones, and sharing the funny bits that Live Photos capture that you might otherwise miss. I also love the feature where you can stitch several Live Photos into a video, including the sound.
Crashes and poor UI
The app crashes constantly when working on my 2 clip, 20 second project on an iPhone X. If it can’t handle such a simple task, I don’t expect it can do any real editing. On top of that, trying to trim a video is impossible. If you move the trimmer too close to the beginning of the track or the playback header, it resets itself.

Like the idea of the app and the layout but it crashed and deleted multiple projects that I had spent a long time working on
