Tips are now calculated on the pre-tax subtotal, the way tipping actually works. On a receipt with tax, the old version quietly tipped on the tax too. • Reads the subtotal from your receipt and tips on that. If a receipt has no readable subtotal, the total is used and the card tells you so. • Splitting a bill now shows the tip per person, not the whole tip next to a per-person total. • Your tip percentages are saved between launches. • New options: tip on the total instead, and round each person up to the nearest dollar.
