Big not fixed!
Before the new update every time I open the snap touch I cannot select any other frames but only one category of frame for my photos and every time I click on the other ones it glitches out and it shuts the app off. Every time I get back to the app, it says update require required. I tried to update. I literally wait 20 minutes every time I do it and it still doesn’t work there’s always a error afterwards.

Update software takes forever and it doesn’t even update to the last version!
I been trying to update the software of my camera for more than an hour, and my camera doesn’t even update!!! In addition, I tried to print my pics, but it says my camera is busy, even though isn’t!!!
terms and agreement
i couldnt get past the terms and agreements page, it kept buffering for an hour till i eventually gave up. app seems very outdated and buggy 💔
App doesn’t work
I download the app to print pictures from my phone and after I created the account it just buffered and 45 min later still hasn’t gotten out of it downloading and restarting the phone didn’t work and I read reviews and seems like developer said they were trying to fix that but that was months ago so I guess they just abandoned this app since they have other priorities now with newer products I can’t even find the film either I have to get it thru Amazon cuz they don’t even make it anymore…

Cant even get past the second step.
I downloaded this app to be able to print photos from my phone, made an account just for the app to buffer for over two hours of the terms and agreements and didn’t let me proceed even after closing it and re opening and powering my phone fully off, turning off bluetooth, checking internet, redownloading and so forth. I could understand a small wait to load but this long is just unacceptable for such a profitable brand to not even make it usable past the first step.

Frame
Bring back the option to have a plain white polaroid frame when editing the photo!!
Was better before.
The app was so cool and is still easy to use! The only bummer and major down fall is that they recently removed the original plain white border for classic polaroid look. :(

Image Framing Problem
Please can you fix Snaptouch Cam because before you take a photo, when you frame your photo, it is not a 16:9 aspect ratio frame but when you press the shutter, you end up with a 16:9 aspect ratio, please can you fix this problem so what you see is what you get and it should be 4:3 aspect ratio both ways, why don’t you give us 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratios.

transfer issues
the app is continually telling me to enable access to all photos despite this setting being turned on and never being turned off. i have reset the app and camera several times & even deleted the app & redownloaded, the issue hasn’t been fixed. i am trying to send photos from my camera to my phone. the bluetooth connectivity doesn’t have any issues. i am using an iphone 12 with fully updated settings. i’ve tried everything so i’m not sure what the problem is or how to fix it

Will not upload although setting are right
My snap touch is connected and will print photos from my phone but it will not upload the photos taken from my camera to my phone. I have contacted Polaroid and not heard anything . There is another review here with the same issue and no response.

Crashes constantly
This app crashes constantly. I don’t know if it’s maybe because it hasn’t had updates in a while? Each time I go open up, it just crashes and closes itself down. This then means I can’t transfer my Polaroid pictures to my phone. I have deleted and re-downloaded the app several times to no avail.

Why bother keeping this app around?
This app is worthless, last update was 10 months ago and it's not even working.
It broke my camera.
Latest update makes the app say to allow access to “all photos” in order to transfer from camera. But it already has those settings on! Now my camera is useless! Can’t update or connect to the app anymore!

App lässt sich öffnen, aber ich kann nichts drucken da es laut der App nicht mit dem Drucker verbunden ist. Obwohl Bluetooth eingeschalten und laut Einstellungen das Handy erfolgreich mit dem Drucker verbunden ist.
Bluetooth photo transfer doesn’t work
The app doesn’t allow for transferring images from the camera to your iPhone. The error message says: “Please change Photos settings to All Photos in order to save Snaptouch images.” I enabled All Photos when installing the app and confirmed it’s correct in Settings. Called Support and they couldn’t help me.

It says you must allow permission to all photos to transfer photos from the SnapTouch to your iPhone. But it has permission to photos! Why does it not work???
