The location is never where you tap. The boxes don’t move when you want it to.
Great for my son with Dyspraxia/Dysgraphia!
I homeschool my 12 yr old son and having an option like this for his worksheets is great! It allows us to work directly on a worksheet by typing instead of handwriting which is a huge help since his hand gets so tired! When he types the quality of work gets so much better since he can focus more on the answers and not how tired his hand is. Looking forward to trying the paid version and the additional features it has.

Great app for students with learning difficulties
Review of Snap Type Pro 2 (paid version):
I’ve been trialling this app for about a month now. The students and teachers I work with have been using it very successfully. The snap and type/voice recoding function for worksheets has been great for those students who struggle with handwriting .The text to speech option is great for students who have reading difficulties. The ‘voice’ is a little unnatural, as with many text to speech options, but I’ve been impressed with its ability to identify and group text on busy, text-rich worksheets.
This app fills an otherwise unmet need to assist students to complete worksheet-based tasks independently. I highly recommend either the original or paid version of this app (depending on your student’s difficulties and what they most need help with).

Upgrade to Pro2
We tried the free version and it was so helpful for my daughter with dysgraphia. After seeing the additional features in the pro 2 version, we decided to upgrade. It was definitely worth it due to the templates and text wrapping. My daughter can now do all her school work (except math) in SnapType!
loved this app
i used to always use snaptype i bought pro for school and now the new version costs 40$ and i cant have more then 3 projects super disappointing

Outstanding product
My daughter has been using the app for just under a week and has been having a great time with it. She enjoys working on the app that she actually looks forward to doing her homework.
The customer service has been amazing. I had a problem, contacted the developer and had a response within 24hrs. After a couple of troubleshooting emails were able to resolve the problem.

This App is a Game Changer!
Amazing tool for anyone with small motor or dexterity issues. Has been a game changer for my child.

This is a really helpful app that’s almost perfect, “but if it’s perfect than why did you only rate it a 4 stars?” Well, I said, and I quote,” a really helpful app that’s ALMOST perfect” the app is still an amazing app and nothing can be more perfect than this app in terms of quick and easy photoshop at this time period. Amazing Tool
I have never written a review before but this app is so helpful I want the world to know. My daughter is in the third grade and she struggles with spelling patterns and writing. When we did Worksheets by hand it was very hard and usually ended in tears for both of us. This program has made it so she can do the worksheets independently and in a normal amount of time. Thank you.

Easy to use, and just amazing how even an adult can use this amazing tool
Everything’s great except the upgrade
I got the free version on my phone to try it out then did the in-app upgrade. Then I tried to install on my iPad and it won’t restore the upgrade; it just crashes. Not excited about that.

We had a follow up meeting yesterday to discuss how my 5th grader is doing with his iPad. He basically uses SnapType and Modmath. His teachers were super nervous about it in September, but they were so happy yesterday! They think it is helping him so much and it is all working really smoothly with their iPads—he just air drops assignments over. They said he is really responsible with it and it has given him so much confidence! He is only one in the district using SnapType. His teachers said it’s perfect for a kid like him (super smart, just hard time writing) and they want to do a faculty meeting about it to tell the other teachers how great it is!! Fantastic!!

Needs erasing function
Love this app. Would be perfect if I could erase marks made with my apple pencil.

My son literally did a dance of joy the first time he tried it. Thank you for a “super-mega-wowzers” app. My son’s word, not mine. :).
