My family of 5 gets different sandwiches and they are all so good. Bread is delicious. Served toasted. Always a hit.
App doesn’t work
This app was always bad. Now it doesn’t function at all. This is another sad case of a small business that collapsed when it got bigger. Too bad. They used to be great.

The app doesn’t even have all of its locations listed. The only store I use isn’t listed so the app is completely useless to me. Not to mention it’s recommending stores 500 miles away

Doesn’t remember anything
When it works, it works. But if you encounter any problem at all, for example today it said no Internet connection when I tried to add my sandwich to the bag when I clicked retry all of my choices were erased, and I had to start over.
Feature request: the ability to re-order what was ordered last time. The ability to save favorites.

Can’t select date or time for catering
There’s no way to select a date or time for catering.

Incorrect Orders
Unfortunately, fairly often orders from my local Snarf’s are made incorrectly. Either sides are missing, incorrect meats are used, or toppings are wrong. The app doesn’t really provide any way to deal with this, to the point that I can’t recommend using it. It’s just a better idea to order in store, even if it takes a little longer. :/

Fix your payment entry
It’s so bad. I don’t want to save a credit card with you. Do Apple Pay or at least properly allow autofill to work on the credit card form.
Couldn’t make account
It wouldn’t let me select any birthdate except for today’s date and thus wouldn’t let me make an account. No sandwich preorder for me sadly

I like to add a gratuity to my take out orders. Every time I use the snarf app to order it does not allow me to enter a gratuity and I feel like a jerk. Is this a bug?
Terrible Functionality
Completely unable to order with either delivery, scheduled delivery or pickup due to “time not being available”
Hungry Girl
Just discovered Snarfs and can tell you it’s clean, staff is friendly, the French dip was soooo yummy….. the bread is warm and toasted 👍🫶🏼🥰 one happy girl. Thanks yall Ill for sure become a regular.

Add your address every time!
So if you have to manually add you address every time you order from the app — is Snarf’s directly thieving from you OR are they selling your information to other entities so they can thieve from you??? The food is decent and the app is clearly garbage. It remembers your credit card and past order information, but not the delivery address? Scam, scam, scam! Steer clear of this app!
