Attachment don’t upload
The attachment section in complaint section doesn’t seem to work. It says ‘please select pdf/doc’ file type, though the file type is pdf.
Perfect app for society management
I’ve been interacting with SnB since last 2 months and I’m happy to inform that the team is very cooperative. The developer team acts really quick on the issues reported. The app gives all the useful features to manage a society with even 5-10 flats and more than 50 + flats. I’m a great fan of this app. Payment gateway features is bit expensive except UPI. SnB should do something on this to reduce the charges. Online maintenance invoice and receipt relieved us from preparing manual receipts. Various types of reports like profit & loss, balance sheet, income & expenditures etc. are useful for accounting & audit purpose. I recommend this to all Society management bodies.

Not possible to see comments in complaint ticket
In today’s world I have not seen such dump App.
In App I can raise complaints with my housing society, but I cannot see what comments I have provided previously & also can’t see what reply has been provided by my society admin in same complaint ticket.
This App Developer should be sacked.
