They steal your money and don't provide any lesson
I paid for a lesson, however I'm unable to upload my swing to the coach for review. I reached out to the coach directly and he said that it's a known issue with them. I also reached out to the Snead team and haven't received a response. This is a complete scam.
Terrible
Joined on a 6 month trial last October. Unable to cancel my subscription as I apparently don’t have any email registered with an account. They blank my Instagram messages. Keep taking money from my account since May 2025. Avoid and use Skillest.
Non Existent Support - Don’t Bother
I paid for a lesson almost two weeks ago and I still have not received it from the coach. I’ve emailed Snead multiple times and they’ve failed to respond. Don’t bother, you’ll lose your money.

There’s a reason I made the switch over from other platforms. It’s the best one I’ve used!
Unable to Type in Search Box
You cannot type more than one letter in the search box, which makes searching for a coach useless.
