This app is a joke. I tried to cancel my subscription for more than 3 months and the app just didn’t let me to. I tried to contact the support, no answer to my email. Just get the skillest app, same thing, same coaches, better business.
Horrible Customer Service
I had an issue with the coach not responding and reached out to customer support two times. It’s been over a week and I still haven’t heard back from anyone. I’m not sure anyone is running this app.

They do not let you cancel subscriptions. If you reach out to them they will tell you they cancel the subscription and then continue to charge you. Complete scam
They steal your money and don't provide any lesson
I paid for a lesson, however I'm unable to upload my swing to the coach for review. I reached out to the coach directly and he said that it's a known issue with them. I also reached out to the Snead team and haven't received a response. This is a complete scam.
Won’t let you cancel
We have tried going through all the right channels and requested cancellation multiple times. They continue to charge and do not turn up for the booked Google Meet times to discuss the issue. Scam!

We tried canceling the membership and had to email and also message via insta . Received replies in insta that subscription was canceled but payments are still going out . Had to cancel payments through bank as no one is getting back to us by both email / social media .

Unethical billing and zero support
I used the app during the free trial and was assured I wouldn’t be charged afterward. Despite this, Snead continued billing me and then completely stopped responding to emails or support requests. Be careful — once they have your payment info, it seems impossible to get help or a refund.
Terrible
Joined on a 6 month trial last October. Unable to cancel my subscription as I apparently don’t have any email registered with an account. They blank my Instagram messages. Keep taking money from my account since May 2025. Avoid and use Skillest.
Non Existent Support - Don’t Bother
I paid for a lesson almost two weeks ago and I still have not received it from the coach. I’ve emailed Snead multiple times and they’ve failed to respond. Don’t bother, you’ll lose your money.

There’s a reason I made the switch over from other platforms. It’s the best one I’ve used!
Unable to Type in Search Box
You cannot type more than one letter in the search box, which makes searching for a coach useless.
