This app is awful.
Whoever commissioned this app has no clue how awful it is. It doesn’t work, the registration fails even after a password reset and the navigation is clunky. It doesn’t allow one to add the cards to Apple Wallet (why not???) and the worst thing is, this insurance company decided not to issue physical cards. So when the app fails and one has a medical emergency, the whole thing is worse than an inconvenience, it’s negligent provision of services. The CBB should audit these apps.
