Horrible app, literally NO SUPPORT

Worst app in the App Store - if zero stars was an option, that would be my rating. They charge a subscription despite falsely listing resorts as being included even though once you download the app and pay for the subscription, you’ll find the resorts you want are NOT there.
Quite literally, NONE of the support or other contacts listed on their website work - all bounce back undelivered. Apple: REMOVE this bogus app, it should not be allowed!!!

Do not buy until you know it covers your area! No IDAHO

Does not do Sun Valley Idaho

Is the app still current?

Three of us are going skiing to the three valleys 14th December. We would like to use this app for navigation and the group features.

However, we initially understood that we could buy daily, or 6 day passes but the only option available is yearly at £20.This is far too expensive when there’s 3 licenses to purchase for only 6 days.

Please can you let us know if the daily or 6 day passes will be available again? The email on your website is not valid to ask the question.

V good but some improvements needed

This has the potential to be an excellent app but after using for a couple of days in the 3valleys, I would really push for the following improvements:

1) The routing is not 100%. In one case it seemed to suggest we take a cable car down instead of skiing down, which was a bit weird, but generally it was good.

2) Each instruction should be stated twice. You can ask Siri to repeat but it would be very useful to have each instruction stated a couple of times. Often you are focused on your skiing and it can be noisy with wind etc. I did have all the volume options set to max.

3) There should be more routing filters. For example we like to avoid cable cars where possible. If a route is then not possible - it should tell the user such.

4) Routing filters like red/blue/black pistes should have a ‘preferred’ option rather than a total elimination filter. We are good skiers but today we wanted a relaxed day skiing, so would be really useful to say: Please stick to blues if possible but red/black ok if needed.

4) Add suggested tours for each ski resort. Not essential but then you really don’t need to bother with a map. At the moment- it’s more like - decide where you want to go and the app will take you there.

Other than that it is actually a very good app and I would recommend to others. It takes half a day to get used to how it works etc.

Buyer beware

I had tried this app on several resorts. It didn’t work well. I left a negative review. They offered me a free subscription to change the review. They offered to take my feedback and make the app better. After not responding to my emails that they asked for I gave up.

Then they deleted my negative review!

Beware on what you read for this app. They only allow the positive reviews the be on this site. I have no idea how Apple allows this to happen!

Ski safe.
