The game is a fraud. You play “people” in the tournaments yet they are nowhere to be seen on the leaderboard. It’s also too easy to pot balls so some games you don’t even play as your opponent can’t miss.

I like the game , its quite good fun but i have seen players with 3 games in a tournament of 147-0 on each occasion so this tells me there is a bit of cheating .
Poor connection
I think it’s important to start with IF this game was stable it would be very good. Game play is superb and I really enjoy it, when it works. That’s the issue, you can’t play for too long before there’s a fault and if like me, you have bought ruby’s to play, you will notice they dwindle quickly due to errors.
The game is cleverly set up so that to use all the features, you need to buy items, in this case rubies, to move forward successfully with the game. I don’t mind buying them, and have done. What I object to is faults in the game causing the bought items to be spent and not benefitting from it, it’s a bit of a con. Raised it with the game creator and they said they don’t have to replace these items.
Once I’ve finished (or more likely had the last of my purchased items taken), I will not be playing this game anymore. Shame as I have enjoyed it, but feel like I’m being ripped off.

Nice game
It’s an engaging game with some cues and other items to unlock. My main beef with it is, if I’m playing a bot (which 95% of the time it appears I am), I should be able to skip, or at least speed up their go. I want to play snooker not watch a computer play it slowly.
Good but…
Good to play but clearly rigged when you play the tournaments and get into the final. Obvious pots don’t go in and your opponent scores from crazy angles pretty enjoyable though.

Great Game
This is one of the most addictive Snooker Games I’ve ever played. The only reason it did not get 5 STARS is because it glitches when trying to use the “Watch Advertisement For Reward” function… You watch the advert and it comes back with an error message saying the game could not fetch the reward but it is loaded and will appear soon, only not appearing at all

Pay to win
Need gems to be on a par with your opponents or it’s pointless. Either move the power ups or the need to pay for them with gems. Another classic pay to win.

Cheating spoils this app!
Too many players can accept getting beat as you go up through the snooker ranks. This game started off very addictive and definitely a 5* app until the later stages when chests take over. For example your on a good break and 80-90% chance your going to win then suddenly the game pauses and when it returns you have either went back numerous shots or you have fouled and give the cue ball to the other player to gain the advantage.
Please get this sorted out as it’s spoiling all fun in the game for genuine players and it was excellent in the early days.

Also wo fange ich an? Gar nicht! Serverprobleme ohne Ende. Auf einmal foul Gegner ist dran. Und was weiß ich. Ranzoomen um die Tasche zu treffen, finde ich Betrug gegen den Spieler. Mehr brauche ich nicht sagen

Doesn’t seem to know all the rules to snooker. Also allows some truly impossible shots. Waste of time.
