Terrible game. Full of cheating, bad matchmaking. NO SUPPORT Just played a game where a player kept disconnecting never played a shot put kept potting balls. It’s cheating and support won’t help.
The game is so bad and it’s got worse. A ball hit the pocket rattled and went against the bottom cushion. YET THE PLAYER THEN PLAYED THE BLACK EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD NOT POTTED A RED.
From the off it’s easy to break and put the ball behind the yellow,brown or green.

Ability number? Why is the ability number shown for some but not for others ..like the Thia played …..is a fix

This most certainly isn’t the most realistic snooker game. Most of the rules aren’t the same, it feels so AI generated the game has already decided who wins before you break off. You can win 5 games in a row but then will lose 5 sometimes even 10 games in a row. You’ll win against someone who’s “say” level 30. But then will lose to someone who’s level 7. The equipment is way too expensive too. For example I’m level 20 and have won just over half my games but I’ve made about 5 147’s and got out of countless snookers but they haven’t shown on my achievements. Ok game to play when you’re bored but that’s about it.

Scam. I snooked a player and I thought he had left the game as I had 25 sec timer and the next thing was the time was long over and snooker was gone and he ended up winning the game. It’s a scam game. This happened with me twice.
