About
One alarm never worked for you.
You set five and snooze all five. Slowrise plans for that instead of pretending it won't happen.
Set one wake-up window — when you'd like to start waking, and when you actually have to be up. Slowrise fills it with a ladder of alarms that starts gentle and finishes non-negotiable.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Set your window. First alarm, last alarm.
2. Pick how many. Slowrise spaces and ramps them.
3. Rise on your terms. Gentle start, firm finish.
NOTHING TO DECIDE AT 7AM
You decide the night before, wide awake. Come morning there's nothing to negotiate — the whole ladder is already scheduled, so quieting one alarm never adds another.
The snooze shrinks as your deadline nears: nine minutes, then five, then three, then none. By the last alarm the snooze is spent. What's left is a two-minute fail-safe, so a morning that goes wrong still ends with another alarm rather than silence.
BUILD IT ONCE, NOT EVERY NIGHT
And you only decide it once. With separate alarms you rebuild the same pile every night — or leave them all on and get woken at seven on a Saturday.
A Slowrise plan is built once and given the days it belongs to. Weekdays sharp, weekends soft, a different plan for each if you want. Nothing to rebuild, nothing to remember to switch off.
IT RINGS THROUGH SILENT AND FOCUS
Slowrise uses AlarmKit, Apple's own alarm system, so it rings like a real alarm even when your phone is muted or on Do Not Disturb — not a notification your phone can quietly swallow.
ALSO IN THE BOX
· Drag any rung exactly where you want it, if the even spacing isn't quite right.
· A different sound for every rung, from birdsong to something with considerably more spine.
· A Live Activity on your Lock Screen that tracks the window as the morning goes.
· A week of alarms scheduled ahead, so your mornings ring even if you don't open the app.
REQUIRES iOS 26
AlarmKit is what lets an app outside Apple's own Clock ring through Silent and Focus, and it arrived in iOS 26. Rather than ship something that quietly fails to wake you, Slowrise asks for the version that actually works.
