How to get support?

I clicked on “get support” but there’s no place on that site to request support…

How do I connect this to my Apple Watch? Your response to the above review says to set up on Watch but the app doesn’t show as an option to

Picks up any audio

It picks up every bit of audio, even just breathing normally which triggers the alarm. 1% to 100% sensitivity it doesn’t matter it’s all the same. Feel I wasted my money here, I wish it worked as it would be exactly what I need

Doesn’t Work

This app doesn’t work the way it’s supposed to. It doesn’t pick up snoring, it shuts off in the middle of the night. Waste of money. Talking about money. I asked for a refund AND I WAS DENIED.

I’ve done everything you mentioned about keeping my phone plugged in etc… it still didn’t work. To appeal a refund says to contact the seller… still no refund.

Hello, we recommend keeping your iPhone charged or using it connected to the charger while you sleep. There's also a help button within the app so we can resolve your issues. Refunds are approved by Apple, not us. Regards.

Does nothing

No matter what I do, I can’t seem to make this app do anything. No adjustments, nothing. Waste of $$. My OS is up to date on a 15 Pro Max.

Good idea, but needs a little help

I just downloaded this Snore Alarm app. It looks like a great idea, but the alert sound is annoying. It needs to offer other choices, volume control and a vibrate only option. My partner certainly doesn’t want to hear that sound go off all night. The previous review also complained about the alert sound and you replied to use the Apple watch. How? I can’t get this to show up in my Apple watch apps, nor can I figure out how to get it to sound on my watch. If it had an option to just vibrate on my wrist when I snore, then you’d have a great product! I gave this a fairly good rating so more people would try it. You’re onto something really good and just need some encouragement to refine it. Looking at your other apps, you’re very talented.

Update 3 days later - Thank you for your response. I downloaded the watch app and tried it for two nights. 1) Your app blocks out the Apple sleep app, so I don’t know if I was in REM, Core or deep sleep, it just shows one long blue line. 2) Using the app on my iPhone blocked me from getting sleep results from my app called “Snore”. I guess they both want to use the microphone. Perhaps I’ll need to use my ipad as a third device.

I’m not asking for a refund of the one time $4.99 for each of the two devices because I want to encourage you. You’re on the right track. It just needs some work. If I could contact you directly, I would, but I couldn’t find another way other than a review.

This app only works on the Apple Watch and if you put the watch on silent, the app will only vibrate when it detects snoring. Needs to be louder!!!

It works for sure. But you can’t change the the alarm. I am 68 and need it to be A LOT LOUDER to wake me so I can change my sleeping position. But it does work.

En regardant l’écran pendant que l’appli tourne, elle semble bien détecter les ronflements.
Mais elle n'envoie aucune notification, aucune alarme, rien. J’ai pourtant autorisé les notifications, j’ai effacé puis re-téléchargé l’appli, rien ne change.
Bref, ça fait cher pour rien du tout…

Man hat sich gerade erst hingelegt, die App gestartet und nach paar Sekunden fängt es auch schon an ein Signal von sich zu geben. Totaler Schwachsinn diese App und das für 3,99€ Rückerstattung beantragt. Für mich Scam sonst nix.

Vor 30 Minuten war der Name noch Snore Alarm von der App.
Plötzlich nach der Bewertung wurde umbenannt. Komisch oder
