About
Records the sounds you make while you sleep, then sorts them for you in the morning.
■ Listen to one kind at a time
Snoring, coughs and sneezes, speech and sleep talking, breathing, and the noises around you are shown separately. See how long each one lasted and when in the night it happened, then tap that point on the graph to hear it.
■ The quiet hours are skipped
Only the stretches with sound are saved, which keeps the recording small, and playback skips the silence too. You can switch to keeping the whole night if you prefer.
■ Quiet sounds are still audible
Sounds caught while you sleep are usually faint. You can raise them from original up to 16×.
■ Save and share as files
Merge the whole recording into one file, pick out just the snoring, or write one file per sound. Send them to Files, AirDrop or Messages.
■ Keep the screen on for the morning analysis
Recording carries on with the screen locked, but iPhone doesn't allow sound classification while it's locked. So the app keeps the screen awake only while it analyzes, and lets it sleep again the moment it's done.
■ Everything happens on your device
Recording and sound analysis both run on the iPhone itself. The audio, and anything derived from it — how long you snored, when you recorded — is never sent to the developer or anywhere else. Only screen and button usage and crash reports are collected, to improve the app.
■ No ads · No subscription · Nothing locked
The only in-app purchase is an optional tip for the developer. Nothing in the app is locked behind it.
Works the same for naps.
Sound detection can be wrong. This is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose or treat anything. If you have trouble sleeping, talk to a professional.
