Great app but phone gets hot
I really like this app it’s given a real insight into what I’m doing in the night and it turns out I don’t snore as much as I thought I did. When I do, there’s usually a reason for it that I’ve recorded like drinking alcohol or taking sleepeeze. I’ve yet to connect to a wearable but gonna start. The exercises are great too but only tried twice but going to try more frequently.
My only criticism is when I switch off in the morning I notice my phone is really hot so not sure what damage this is doing??

Didn’t help
This app did not help to reduce snoring significantly in my case. What did help dramatically was NAC, which cleared my sinuses.

It worked?
Found out I had been snoring chronically. Got SnoreLab to track and started doing the exercises along with eating and exercising. My worst days were as high as 70 and my best days were 25. Now most days I am a zero with occasional upticks into the teens. Not entirely sure if SnoreGym was the solution, but I stopped doing the exercises and my snore score went up, so I went back to the exercises and the snore score went back down and stayed down.

Myofunctional therapy
I was surprised how useful & helpful this is for free. Wonderful! User friendly & easy to follow, not overwhelming, a simple plan with daily reminders that I can stick to.
I’ve only been using it for a couple of days but the exercises are similar to the ones I found online recommended by a dentist for tongue tie pre & post op frenulectomy. I have obstructive sleep apnea & hoping for improvement in this debilitating, disabling condition. I have high hopes this app will help me.

Great for sleep apnea sufferers
I love these exercises ! I could feel a sag inside my throat and i was having agonizing sleep apnea. I went for a laser treatment and they recommended Snore gym. I’m also getting results on the sagging in my neck skin.. BONUS

Ich trainiere jeden Tag min. einmal um die Zungenmuskulatur weiter zu festigen. Überall, zB. beim Autofahren, spazieren gehen oder auf meinem Pferd ec.ohne Aufzeichnungen!

Says it is free with snore lab premium and it is not
the trial is good only for one set of exercises and it says it is free with snore lab premium that I have but the link between them does not work and it is just in trial mode
