User reviews

Very useful!

This app helped me to realise that my breath was not normal during portions of my sleep. Then, during the day and in the evening, I consciously worked towards making necessary changes to be more physically and mentally ready to have a restful sleep. My gratitude towards the developers of this excellent app has!

Mini sleep lab at home

I have recommended this app so many times. Anyone who snores should at least try this app out. It’s basically a miniature sleep study you can do every night in the comfort of your home. Then check back to see if you catch any instances where there’s more than 10 seconds between snores. That’s an apnea event that you can take to your doctor and get into the sleep clinic ASAP. Note that this is NOT sufficient for a diagnosis, but it’ll get your dr’s attention. Or your loved one’s.

I’ve used it for years, ever since I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. I monitor my CPAP use with it, as there are still rare times I take off my mask without realizing it.

Extremely good app! I hope they continue to improve it, including with machine learning from individual user feedback to teach the app when the recordings are actually snoring vs. when it’s just a loud noise. I can tell at a glance if the recording is snoring or not, but the app just flags it all.

Response from developer

We truly appreciate testimonials like yours, Scott! We wish you all the best with continuing to improve your snoring!

Great app

Great for tracking and record my sleep. Have been very useful to manage the situation and elucidated who is snoring, between me and my husband 😂

Too much

This app has TOO MUCH information. Not sure what to look at first. Have to AI it.

Scott

This app is an excellent tool to measure and improve sleep quality. I’ve had apnea for a decade. I had apnea surgery - Genioplasty and rhinoplasty in August 26. I use snorelab every night to measure my sleep wuality and make adjustments and measure the impact of interventions such as mouth tape.
