Go to the city website…..

Did not work 12/29/25…. Listed Minneapolis in snow emergency, which was correct, but not when St. Paul was in one, and I along with everyone on the street received tickets….. Just go to the St. Paul website and get ACCURATE information about snow emergencies

INACCURATE!!!

do yourself a favor and just bookmark the city pages with snow emergency info/updates. At the time of posting this, St Paul had an ACTIVE snow emergency, but the app indicated no such emergency.

Hits and misses

Like the simple graphics. Dislike that it is often wrong on whether there is a snow emergency or not.

Here comes the snow

This app is very understandable, clear and to the point plowing snow

Perfecto!!!

Great information & guideline to updated.

Not working 12/24

It appears the app is no longer updating snow emergency info, at least in Minneapolis and Saint Paul, MN as of 12/19/24.

Junk app

Dont bother. If it show a snow emergency declared and that’s a big IF. It gets the parking alternatives completely wrong

Doesn’t seem to be updating any more

There is currently a snow emergency in both Minneapolis and St Paul but neither are showing up in the app.

One of the most useful apps

A heavy snow adds a lot of items to my to-do list. This app eliminates the most frustrating items from the list. It reminds you to move your car when the snowplows come and tells you where you are you can park to avoid getting towed. When the snow emergency is lifted, the app stays out of your way until next time. It's simple, elegant, well-designed, and thoughtfully made. You can't really ask for more than that.

Not super helpful

I appreciate the purpose of this app, but it’s a little hard to easily conceptualize. I think it would be helpful to include a map (like the one found on the city website) to we can be better informed on where we can/cannot park. Also yes, the cars are reversed.

Very helpful

Clear and concise. Helps me during every snow emergency.

You Will Get a Ticket!

I used this app during a snow emergency in St Paul and moved my car at 8am to a “night plow” which can be parked on the day after a snow emergency begins. The app was wrong, moving my car meant getting a ticket because St Paul has one side night blow routes that are not marked on this app and I parked on the wrong side. Using this app is pointless, it does not accurately show where is safe to park, which is its entire purpose. Download a Minneapolis or St Paul city sponsored app for the right information.

Even works with unique Mpls rules

Minneapolis standard emergency rules are odd on their own, but today they layered on new rules: no parking on the even side of all streets (except emergency routes) until April 1. No joke.

Snow Alerts had the right info, down to the minute.

This is my go-to app for street parking rules in Minneapolis in the winter. Thank you!

Saved me

This app saved me from a couple tickets or tows. Clear visuals break down the rules in a way that is much easier to understand than the official cities’ apps.

Tryna

Thank goodness someone made an app like this. Not tryna get towed. Very helpful.

Beautiful... but side scrolling is annoying.

Awesome way to show where I can/can’t park but, why do I need to scroll to see “parkway rules”. And, why does it snap back when I do scroll. Fix that.

The cars are facing the wrong way

What is this EUROPE?! The cars are going the wrong way on the roads in this app and it’s driving me crazy LITERALLY ;) Once they fix that in the next update, which I’m sure they will, I’ll be giving it 5 big fat stars.

Easy to understand

I love this app. The visuals are great and easy to understand. The notifications are very helpful.

This app is awesome!

Well designed, clear graphics, far better than any other app or website offered by either Minneapolis or St. Paul. Download this app!

App is not working and St. Paul

There is a snow emergency in St. Paul and so I downloaded the app, so I could share it with others, but the app does not say that there is a snow emergency, even though I have already received an alert from the city. I tried to find another way to contact you, but could find nothing on the app anywhere… Please fix that notification! Please advise! Thank you~
