Possible discontinued app?
The just does not load past the logo. First time downloading to use. Also noticed other users comment same thing from several months ago.. I assume discontinued or something.. sure would be nice if they would’ve said that or something…

Hi. I’m not sure what’s going on, your app is not going pass the loading screen for some reason? Every time I tap to open the app, it’s just stuck on the loading screen that says SNOW. I redownload your app and restarted my phone to see if there were any updates. I’m still stuck on the loading screen ): Other than that though, the app was working alright for the most part. Not many problems to begin with.

App is irrelevant
I expected the app to be needed to use the whitening system or record when and how long you use the whitening mouthpiece. Maybe let you know when it’s time to remove it, but it’s just an interface to buy their products. It serves no other purpose. It just uses the phone to power the appliance. What a waste.
