Hi Soumith, We do support 3 forms of authentication. 1. You can sign up for a local account. 2. You can use your Facebook Login. 3. You can also choose to use your Apple Login. We have thousands of customers using a combination of these secure authentication mechanisms. Plus, the app is supported on all versions of iOS 12.0 and above. If you could let us know which version of iOS you are on, and what issues you ran into in particular, we would be happy to help you resolve it to get the full power of the platform. The App complements the web interface (https://snowpal.com) very well, and regardless of what your personal and professional career goals and interests are, we are confident our SaaS platform can help you. It has been helping College Students and Professionals at work, and I can assure you that you will fall in love with the product. There are no known issues with authentication (we've never had one since we went LIVE) so would need to understand your specific issue better to help you out.
