Why can I not log n and see how many days skied? Also glitchy.

Came here yesterday, downloaded the app. And the app works and tells me everything
Incorrect information
The app is a little bit of a mess right now. It’s showing incorrect information for dining. Bringing up places that aren’t open for breakfast and not showing places that are. Would be nice if this app could be my one place for all info but it’s not showing things right. It’s better just to go on the main website.

A regular visitor
This’s my 4th consecutive year. We’ve stayed at Black Bear crossing mainly, Top of the world occasionally, very convient to ski in n out. It’s the best skiing south of the Mason Dixon line.
Barely useful
The mountain is great. The app is mostly useless except the trail map. No service anyway so none of the other parts work when you need them.
I love this place
I love Snowshoe. I go up every weekend with my family. I can’t get enough. I’m at so many friends there and I know I may only be 10 years old, but it’s such an experience and I highly recommend going there plenty of things to do even if you’re not a snowboarder or a skier which I am a proud snowboarder, you can go sledding tubing. You can just hang around the village and shop. There’s plenty of places to eat. There’s plenty of places to play and there’s plenty of places to stay. It’s a wonderful family area as I said before. It’s a wonderful experience I would be so happy if you convinced somebody to go.

Useless for tracking
Stops tracking in the middle of sessions and logs you out. Summary of season totals doesn’t match leader board, doesn’t reliably push run totals to Ikon app.
If you want an app that is basically just a map and collection of useful links, it’s great, otherwise it’s a useless, buggy garbage app.

Very helpful
Love this app to get a snapshot of the conditions for the day and knowing what trails are open and where the snowmaking is going to happen.
Can’t login
I can’t even login to this app the login page is completely blank. Was looking forward to using this app to track my runs down the mountain

Does not track properly.
Needs improvement
Seems to work properly only about 1/2 the time I need it. Ie, only partial info provided. Especially weather and cameras are unreliably working.
Rarely works
App rarely works. 80% of the time it doesn’t work at all. I have the app on an updated iPhone 12.

I’m excited to use the app on our upcoming trip in January!
This app is crazy
The app wouldn’t let me leave the screen without leaving 5 stars then would let me leave the writing a review. It let me change the stars after I started writing the review. So only one star because I don’t like being hijacked for my opinion.
Magical Experience!
My family went to snow shoe and ski’d 2 months ago! It was a fantastic experience! It was so much fun! We also went with a big group of friends too! They all would say the same! The snow shoe employees were so sweet and such fun welcoming people! I never felt with one nasty person they were all very sweet. While I was staying their! Definitely recommend staying their and skiing! I love this app because every morning when I was their I was able to check the weather conditions and check and see which runs had more people on it than others by using the webcams. If you go to snowshoe you need this app!

Functionality
It’s a good start. But it won’t work on the mountain as a tracking option without service as other ski apps do.
A regular visitor
We come just about every year. I’d like to see more natural snow in the early winter but they can’t change what nature brings. Please don’t over build housing. We’ll be back next winter!

Good when it works
Every 3rd or 4th day you start the tracking and everything appears fine, but at end of day you open and the app has “logged you out for your security” and tracked nothing during the day. Not reliable for tracking if you want to keep stats.
