Constantly crashes
Unfortunately the app doesn’t display the airfield Snowtam data when the icao code is entered. Just crashes out, no way to contact the developer for advice. I’ve clearly wasted my money with no method of recourse.
Hasn’t been updated for new GFR
Great app. Currently though, the app doesn’t support the changes brought about by the new (ish?) Global Reporting Format. Please update the app - the changes are pretty minor.

Excellent app for pilots in the winter.
In response to last reviewer, the app also handles Russian Break actions, hence the difference in value. Just need to press the Russian flag button to toggle it off.

Needs improving
Two main problems. A large mistake in braking action codes which is actually correct in the lite version of this app ie .36 in the motne Decode comes up with BA poor/medium when it should be medium/good. Also on the actual snowtam decode, letters should be displayed from the actual decode to make this more user friendly. Stick with the lite version for now

Very God App
It's extremely useful. The producers are very quick with updates when they are issued. The one thing it's missing to make it indispensable is a decoder for Japanese Snowtams. As an international pilot we go there often and this feature is truly missed. Other than that it would definitely rate 5 stars.

It works but I'd look for the same info combined into another app. I'd say it was worth 99 cents.

Unless the data is automatically downloaded, what is the point? It is quicker to use a paper decode. Buggy as well.

A must have for the Professional Pilot
It's the wonderful interface that makes it such a joy to use. No need to spend 10 minutes hunting in your Nav bag for that decode chart you haven't seen since last winter. Simply spin the drum on the Motne decoder and hey presto. It comes with a massive database of airports so I'm even using it in the summer to decode the names of airports as they pass by on my Navigation display. The altitude correction is a snap to use as well. It has the elevation of the airport preloaded so all you do is fill in the temperature and altitudes then all the required adjustments are there, it even does the math for you. It won't let you input something stupid, instead highlighting in red anything that won't make sense. I have a page of pilot apps on my iPhone and this one gets lots of use. Beautifully put together. Looking forward to more apps from this developer.
