Why pay for a streaming service that never works? Well except for the UPMC add, that will always play despite the game itself not showing .
Worst sports network and App ever
Just awful. Poor connections. Sometimes sound very often not. Glitchy video. Chronically says I’m out of the region while sitting on my couch 10 miles from Pittsburgh.
Save your money
Glad I only paid for 1 month. Stream does not stay on for more than 10 seconds before crashing. Will go back to illegally streaming
Worst app I have on my first stick
This is by far the worst app on my Amazon Fire Stick. I’m a die-hard Pirates fan and this is the only option for me to watch games, otherwise, I would never have subscribed.. During live games it continuously freezing up and then automatically goes back to the Amazon Home Screen, especially if you pause or rewind when watching live. If you play the game after it’s already started, there’s no option to start at the beginning and if you try to rewind it to the beginning it will freeze up and you can see the score when it comes on anyway. The on demand works the best if you can avoid seeing the score (good luck with that) but some games aren’t loading into the on demand section until the next day. Unless you’re a die hard, don’t waste your money. Not worth the money

TV Provider login does not work
Have a TV provider login, but it does not work in this app. The same tv login works on every other streaming app I use so I know that is not the problem

I don’t what’s more embarrassing, that this is how you have to watch a major sports team or that they charge you $20 for this horrible app
More disappointing than the Pirates have ever been.
It’s irritating enough for what we pay just to receive games. It’s pretty bad when the app used to watch those games craps out and/or freezes several time during the game. Sometimes we have to restart the app several times for one game. We’ve tried restarting the Amazon Firestick, checking our internet service, or resetting the app.
Sometimes it actually works smoothly for the entire game, so it’s not a TV issue. It’s not our internet service at fault either. (T-Mobile).

Never works
I’ve used this app many times to try and watch pirates games, but there is always some problem stopping me. Either I’m “out of region” or I have to sign in again every time. It’s worked a couple of times, but rarely does.

So many issue with this app, also can’t screen share on my tv, they black it out. Of course you can see the ads though, cheap scums. Can’t wait to unsubscribe, not worth $20/month and I can’t even watch it on my TV what a joke

I mean I’m literally just asking to be able to stream a game but no, you can even create an app that allow you to connect your TV service provider, who made this like genuinely I assume this had to be read by some team and directed to some location, dude find the guy who made this and fire him…you could genuinely make a better app using AI

Horrible App
This is one of the worst apps out there in terms of freezing/crashing. And, sadly, it’s been that way since launch and the owners seem to have no concerns about fixing it. You’ll be lucky to watch five to ten minutes of a game before seeing the spinning wheel on your screen. I have a 1.2 gig connection and never have freezing issues with other apps - SNP 360 freezes up every time I use it, and it completely unwatchable during high-traffic games involving either the Pirates or Penguins.

Crashes
The App keeps crashing on my tv. It’s the first inning and I’ve relaunched the app 4 times. I wish the subscription would integrate with the mlb.tv app so I can actually watch a game.
Zero Stars if I could
Verizon won’t connect and not even an option to try on fire tv. Awful app!!! Only way to watch without a set top box and this is what you put out. Do better!
Buggy
Worked ok with our fire stick. Would cut out and buffer occasionally. Horribly glitchy with firetv, just drops the feed randomly and makes me sign back in. Often at least one time an inning. Annoying. You’d think for the money this wouldn’t be so awful.
Terrible App
This app is absolutely terrible. 9/10 games are unwatchable due to an “out of region” error. I live in the region. I never leave the region. It’s an absolute trash app that does properly work.
Traveling? Too Bad
You’d think this app would be ideal for keeping up with Pittsburgh sports when traveling away from home. Nope, if they log you out and your geolocation is outside the region, good luck accessing the cable channel you’ve already paid for. Very disappointing.
Lying about service areas
I live in Cleveland and they claimed I’d get full service. However, any pirates games were blacked out. Went back and forth with support many times exchanging things like IP addresses and zip codes, “reboot your router”, etc that seemed like it wasn’t going anywhere so I gave up. I at least got to watch the penguins, but I have no use for this now that it absolutely refuses to work for the pirates. Tried on PC, phone, and Roku, always blacked out for the bucs. Very disappointing and frustrating and a waste of money

Not available on barely any tv app stores. AirPlay never works properly or I have to watch the same upmc ad over and over before it does finally AirPlay properly. Why is it 20 dollars a month to watch the pirates lose year after year? I mean really but the app itself also stinks just as bad as this stinky poo water dog water ahhh franchise

SNP should be ashamed that they charge people for the service this app provides. It simply does not work. The app won’t open, nothing will load, it will tell me I’m out of market when I’m sitting in Oakland. I have had friends experience the same things. This app is a joke
