App sucks
Edit: had to reiterate just how bad this app sucks 2 days later. Still sucks. Still doesn’t stream. Still doesn’t cast.
Team sucks. App sucks. Can’t stream live through television app. Usually crashes when airplaying through phone. Curiously enough, can play stream games effortlessly they won a year ago.

I like the app on my tv and other devices. Easy to set up and use without a cable service. I thought the price was reasonable too. My only complaint is the same commercials being played every break very annoying to see Bkake Sheldon pop bubblewrap every few minutes! A change in theme music between innings from time to time would be welcome too ! Thanks for listening.

Absolute worst app ever
I can’t believe how many times I am in network and it doesn’t recognize my password or my username. I have a Comcast subscription and it says that I do not have a Comcast subscription and it says that my subscription is invalid. I have re-changed and changed and changed and changed my password so many times this is getting ridiculous.

The app is terrible! Snap has been charging me for last 2 months and it’s always out of region! Screw this app
Should be zero star option
My stream just cut me off as I’m watching tonight’s game. If I pay $25ish a month, I should not lose the stream and be told I’m out of the service area just because the game went to extra innings.
Not good
I’ve been subscribed for three months now and I have restricted access to actually view games constantly. The app either won’t load or will ask to retry every time I try to log in. The only time I can actually watch anything is when I’m connected to WiFi. No place to put in a complaint about it but if I wasn’t such a buccos fan. I can’t get the app on my tv so I rely on the mobile app to stream to the tv.

A terrible app.
The app crashes and locks up three to four times during an average Pirates game. Usually it requires an app reboot to get it going again but sometimes it takes restarting the Amazon Firestick. Either way, it’s not what we expect from a “reliable” streaming app.

Why pay for a streaming service that never works? Well except for the UPMC add, that will always play despite the game itself not showing .
Worst sports network and App ever
Just awful. Poor connections. Sometimes sound very often not. Glitchy video. Chronically says I’m out of the region while sitting on my couch 10 miles from Pittsburgh.
Save your money
Glad I only paid for 1 month. Stream does not stay on for more than 10 seconds before crashing. Will go back to illegally streaming
Worst app I have on my first stick
This is by far the worst app on my Amazon Fire Stick. I’m a die-hard Pirates fan and this is the only option for me to watch games, otherwise, I would never have subscribed.. During live games it continuously freezing up and then automatically goes back to the Amazon Home Screen, especially if you pause or rewind when watching live. If you play the game after it’s already started, there’s no option to start at the beginning and if you try to rewind it to the beginning it will freeze up and you can see the score when it comes on anyway. The on demand works the best if you can avoid seeing the score (good luck with that) but some games aren’t loading into the on demand section until the next day. Unless you’re a die hard, don’t waste your money. Not worth the money

TV Provider login does not work
Have a TV provider login, but it does not work in this app. The same tv login works on every other streaming app I use so I know that is not the problem

More disappointing than the Pirates have ever been.
It’s irritating enough for what we pay just to receive games. It’s pretty bad when the app used to watch those games craps out and/or freezes several time during the game. Sometimes we have to restart the app several times for one game. We’ve tried restarting the Amazon Firestick, checking our internet service, or resetting the app.
Sometimes it actually works smoothly for the entire game, so it’s not a TV issue. It’s not our internet service at fault either. (T-Mobile).

Never works
I’ve used this app many times to try and watch pirates games, but there is always some problem stopping me. Either I’m “out of region” or I have to sign in again every time. It’s worked a couple of times, but rarely does.

So many issue with this app, also can’t screen share on my tv, they black it out. Of course you can see the ads though, cheap scums. Can’t wait to unsubscribe, not worth $20/month and I can’t even watch it on my TV what a joke

I mean I’m literally just asking to be able to stream a game but no, you can even create an app that allow you to connect your TV service provider, who made this like genuinely I assume this had to be read by some team and directed to some location, dude find the guy who made this and fire him…you could genuinely make a better app using AI

Horrible App
This is one of the worst apps out there in terms of freezing/crashing. And, sadly, it’s been that way since launch and the owners seem to have no concerns about fixing it. You’ll be lucky to watch five to ten minutes of a game before seeing the spinning wheel on your screen. I have a 1.2 gig connection and never have freezing issues with other apps - SNP 360 freezes up every time I use it, and it completely unwatchable during high-traffic games involving either the Pirates or Penguins.
