自分のいいことを振り返ることで、ポジティブな気持ちになれるし、他の人の投稿を見ると幸せな気持ちになります。このアプリを始めてから、「いいこと」を見つけるのが上手になった気がします。匿名で投稿やコメントが出来るという点もとても良いです。気兼ねなくコメントすることが出来ます。
