. Terrible app. Slow, isn't correct information Limited things you can do on it. No notifications to show which utility is low Or give sight on balance. Top up limit is to low
Easy to use
Easy to use to top up bet you can’t see how much you have on you meter like other companies do
Balance needs to SHOW
Okay app not much on there but it be helpful if it showed ur balance on there
In app display meter amount
The app is good for paying a little bit but it would be better if the amount was increased for those who have bigger bills, also I think the app would be 100% more useful if it showed how much your meter is credited (amount left on) etc
Useless
Won’t let you sign in to account. Contacted customer services who said app was still in testing phase apparently. Waste of time
Can't sign in
Unable to sign in to check your account even though the email address and the password are correct! Shame..
