Simple tool to get my thinking back on track.
I use this app often. I have found some great tools to help work through anxiety. I have learned more about healthy relationships too. It’s my go to when I start feeling overwhelmed. I always learn something. I always feel better.
Felt annoyed while using
When you first join the app it asks a bunch of questions which only a few answers and I did not fit any of the possible answers. The first question specifically made me feel trapped inside a bubble of people who don’t actually care about me when the things that actually make me feel worthy are my actions
