About

Turn your post-counseling reflection into a SOAP-format medication note — just by speaking. SoapVox converts a pharmacist's own spoken dictation into a SOAP-structured medication record. Recording, transcription, and SOAP organization all run entirely on-device. Audio and note text are never sent to any external server. Dictate your reflection in a private area where no other patient or third party can overhear — inside the pharmacy counter, the dispensary, a staff room, or at your desk. [Where it helps] - A quick reflection right after counseling at the pharmacy counter - Dictating observations in the staff room after ward rounds - An end-of-day summary of the day's cases - Reflective learning from cases you experienced [Main features] - Dictation recording in your own voice (up to 5 minutes per session) - On-device AI transcription - On-device AI SOAP note organization - Automatic correction of pharmaceutical terms - Custom SOAP templates - Dynamic Island / Lock Screen widget support - Siri Shortcuts support - VoiceOver / Dynamic Type support [Privacy and safety] - Fully on-device processing (both audio and AI run on the device) - AES-GCM encrypted storage (keys protected by the iOS Keychain) - Zero-telemetry principle: audio, SOAP text, and recording metadata are never sent externally - Biometric access control (Face ID / Touch ID) - Automatic data-deletion scheduler [Before you use it] - This app is not a medical device. It is a documentation aid for medication-record work. - AI-generated results are reference information; final review and approval rest with the pharmacist. - Record only in a private area where no other patient or third party can overhear. Choosing the recording location is the user's responsibility. - This app is intended for recording your own spoken reflections. Recording that includes a patient's voice is not part of the app's default behavior.

What's New in SoapVox

1.0.4

August 3, 2026

Thank you for using SoapVox. This update focuses on how quickly you can start recording, plus a fix to unlocking the app. Start recording straight from the Action button and more - The Action button, Control Center, and the Lock Screen widget and buttons now start recording directly instead of only opening the app. Saying "Record in SoapVox" to Siri does the same. - Haptic feedback confirms that recording has started, so you don't need to look at the screen. Pull the phone out of your coat pocket, press, and talk. - If microphone access hasn't been granted yet, or you haven't read the pre-recording notice, the recording screen simply opens as before. If the app is locked, recording starts after you unlock it. Bug fix - Fixed an issue where a failed Face ID / Touch ID attempt reopened the authentication prompt over and over, leaving you unable to tap the unlock button on screen. You can now retry from the unlock button. Also in this release - Made the Japanese wording for SOAP notes consistent across the app. (English wording is unchanged.) As always, recording, transcription, and SOAP organization run entirely on your device; your patients' information is never sent anywhere. We'd love to hear your feedback.
